Very disappointing experience.

I purchased the Ultimate Preset Bundle, and during checkout a popup appeared that looked like it was offering an additional coupon or discount. Instead, it added the exact same product to my order, causing me to be charged twice.

When I contacted support, they confirmed that I had been charged twice and that I had overpaid by $21. Although they agreed to issue a refund, I was told it could take up to 90 days to receive my money back.

The support agent was polite, but the checkout flow is misleading and can easily trick customers into making duplicate purchases. Asking customers to wait up to three months for a refund on a duplicate charge is unacceptable.

Until the checkout process is fixed and refunds are handled promptly, I cannot recommend this company.

I recently discovered that Huliluts and Cafiraforest are operated by the same company/group. Unfortunately, after purchasing pre-set packs from both websites, I realised that a large portion of the pre-sets were either identical or extremely similar.

As a customer, this was very disappointing because the products are marketed under different brand names, which gave the impression that they were separate creators offering unique content. Had I known they were essentially selling overlapping packs, I would never have purchased both.

I contacted their support politely and explained the situation, requesting either a partial refund or an alternative pre-set pack that did not overlap with my previous purchase. Unfortunately, they refused both options and kind of rude.(No hello, dry replies, etc)

The presets themselves are ok, but the lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide a fair solution left me with a very negative customer experience.

I would advise future buyers to carefully compare products before purchasing from both websites.
