Very professional ,as soon as they took over from the other agency , had to do some improvements on the property ,they were involved in every step of the way keeping us updated all the time through the phone or email .Amir was the contact person from the agency and he 's very reliable when it comes to sort out any problems .

On 24th August 2020 I wrote a 5star review.
Unfortunately due to the terrible experience i did encounter after a year or so I had to remove my original review as I felt scammed by this company. Money was not paid to me 3-4 months at a time after me informing Hunter Ashley excuses after excuses, then no communication, no caljs answered, no replys to my emails, i was having to look for an alternative agent, after giving them an extra couple months to sort out what they owed me in outstanding rental income. It got worse,' after they had been informed and notice given that they no longer were to work for me. It was left on good terms, so I thought. I had to find another agent. No deposit and a month's rent was stolen by this 'company!'
The new agent had to try and retrieve the information. Deposit info etc Who tried to sorted out all the dishonest actions this man Amir was involved in, i employec debt collectors. I found out no office exists its a box number in a reception area. No office as such, It may have started as a good agency, I trusted and liked Amir- he was very clever deceitful man, no honour. He has hold of nearly 2.5k of my money, deposits. Month rent, back dated rent not paid.
I beg you 🙏 out there don't use or trust this man. He is convincing but he doesn't pull through. It leaves me sickened to think how I trusted him, gave him chances to catch up with my money. I had to find another agent quickly and with trepidation put my trust and properties into someone else's hands. Best move I was forced into. Houseshaw management are the best professional on the ball and righted as much as they could from the disgusting fall out from Hunter Ashley awful experience. Please do not use this agent or any with Amir Raji.

The fact that they consider dss and they are trusting people the way they want to be trusted I gave them 4 star for that. I have recommended them to 2 of my friends already and i will do that to more
