Customer service provided was fast and extremely accomodating. I purchased the wrong padlocks on the webstie and only discoved this months later. I could not purchase the Large EcoFlow (4000w) anywhere in Ireland but here as no one else had it. For some reason my bank would not allow the credit card to work at the website, so I reserved it in the shop until I could get to their premises in Athlone.
