I wasn’t sure whether the battery was charging correctly. Support explained the indicator lights clearly and helped me check the connections, though the initial reply took two days.

I have just ordered two Shark bikes. They haven’t arrived yet and I will review them when they do.
But want to say that I received really fantastic advice and service from Mia in customer service

The Q5 Shark rides well and has plenty of climbing power. My main complaints are limited assembly instructions and the weight when moving it by hand.

I am very very satisfied with this ebike for these reasons: 1. Fast fast shipping, 2.Battery built into the Frame (so police don't think it is a fast ebike 3. Moderate to easy assembly, 4. Extremely fast (I took it to 48 miles per hour), 5. Looks like more like a bicycle than an ebike, 6. Price (This ebike could easily go for $2,250 online, but this Ebike is on sale.) 7. Good craftsmanship, and 8. I don't know if the rumor is true but this model may be discontinued for a newer model. You won't be able to buy this model ever again if it sells out.

Excellent product and customer service. I had a couple of questions and concerns. Customer services on the website chatted with me and responded back to me very quickly. He solved all the questions and concerns I had.

Initially, I was interested in the HXeBike Q5 Shark Maco when I noticed its stylish, futuristic mtn bike frame.
When I noticed the price, stock accessories (horn, light, Class 1 and Class 3 rating, battery life, motor size, guarantee), it was a no-brainer.
Based on the price, I kept my expectations low, but I’ve been truly impressed with the quality and results.
The after sales communication has been exceptional, as well.

Recieved very helpful customer support. Communicated to help with the information I needed. The bike took a minute to come in but it turned out to be the best investment so far I made. I would recommend to anyone who wants one. I would highly recommend having a professional putting the bike together unless you yourself are one.
