I have attempted to make withdrawals , small ones of 20 and 80 usd, and they dont accept it, then without a word they block my account permentantly, forcing me to make new accounts. and now i cant KYC? they know u got multiple accounts that is breaking the ToS yet they allow u to depo so they can squeeze every penny out of you. disgusting site and management.

I am filing a formal complaint against HypeBet regarding a rejected withdrawal of $110.

I won this amount starting from a $0.50 Daily Wheel bonus. I would like to emphasize that the winnings from this wheel were credited directly to my Real Balance, not as a bonus balance with wagering requirements. This is a practice similar to sites like Stake.com, where such rewards are considered immediately withdrawable cash.

Despite the funds being in my Real Balance and the fact that I have a prior deposit history on the site, my withdrawal request was rejected. Support told me that my account is 'inactive' and demanded that I deposit and wager my own funds for 'a week or two' before I can withdraw.

I find this requirement predatory and a breach of fair gaming practices because:

Forcing a player to wager for 1-2 weeks just to access funds that are already marked as withdrawable is an obvious stalling tactic.

This is clearly an intentional delay designed to force me to continue playing and eventually lose my winnings instead of allowing a legitimate payout

My account on hypey.bet was blocked immediately after I submitted a withdrawal request. I had only one account and was using the platform in normal course without any known violation of the terms and conditions.

These guys have an absolutely horrible customer rewards program and approach to attracting VIP. I am a very active player, with high VIP status at two prominent crypto casinos and another online smaller casino. i had received some no deposit bonus when the site launched and enjoyed some of their house games so when I became dissatisfied with my experience at one of the two prominent crypto casinos i was a regular player at, i took advantage of Hype Bets VIP transfer with the thought that if I was able to jump straight to a comparable VIP status and access similar benefits as the other site I would direct that play to Hype Bet. However only after the VIP transfer was approved and I was advanced to a level comparable to the other site
I was notified that VIP transfers are not assigned a personal VIP host, which is the main benefit of a VIP program. by doing the VIP transfer, the only thing i got was high level where my next milestone reward was at an insanely high wagering target which i'd have to achieve with wagering I would receive zero VIP benefits from along the way. so i deposited moderately and it turns out their weekly and monthly rakeback are extremely low. i only ever received a few cents for each. instead of instant or daily rakeback they have a daily wheel which even after a days worth of high wagering and you're advanced to the $100 wheel you only get a dollar or two reward.

i tried a few times to contact support about receiving some sort of extra bonus given what I received was laughable in comparison to other sites I play at and each time I was given the same boiler plate response. even yesterday when I had wagered close to $20 k in a day ($50 k in the previous week) without any withdraws, and received a daily spin reward of $2. at the other casinos I play at i'd receive 5 times that as instant rakeback plus hefty weekly and monthly rakeback. I asked support to look at my lifetime wagering and bonus payout and assess if they think my lifetime rewards were satisfactory, explaining that i was on the verge of closing my account and I received the same boiler plate response .

it was the last straw and I closed my account. why play at such a stingey casino that has zero value for their players or the foresight to attract high rollers when I can be making 10 times the amount of rewards at competitors. I know smaller casinos cant compete with the big guys but the third regular casino I play at is a smaller crypto casino and they understand that showing customer appreciation pays off and l although more modest than the other two, they are responsive when I constact them and even without contact I receive periodic free chips and spins. at hype.bet after a year of a playing I never once received any ad hoc bonus of any sort. NOT ONE.

I opened an account and deposited 130 euros, started playing and won 1000 euros, i made a withdraw request for 600 while i was playing woth the other money.

Their immediate response? Permanently close all accounts and void the entire win.
They relied entirely on their own predatory, one-sided Terms & Conditions:
• Section 3 bans VPN use (even for normal crypto privacy), treats any IP variation or extra account as “multi-accounting/fraud,” and gives them full power to close accounts and forfeit all winnings on the flimsiest technical grounds.
• Section 6.13 lets them split any large win or jackpot into monthly instalments they “agree” to — conveniently giving them an easy way to drag things out or avoid paying big winners at all.
I have strong evidence backing my story: full blockchain-traceable USDC deposits from Coinbase, prior successful withdrawals of ~$3,000, VIP promotions, and proof the site was openly advertised as available to UK players at the time. None of it mattered once the big win landed.
