asked for order 41337 to be cancelled which they did, value of order over $1500. They also advised that refund had not been processed and did not advise when refund would be processed.

My experience was outstanding. I spoke with Jack, and I shared my issues with two products that didn’t work anymore. He made it right with replacements and I highly recommend this company. They care about the people just as much as their products.

The Hyperice Support team (including, but not limited to, Alex, William, Alejandra, and Jack) was incredibly helpful and timely in meeting our needs to replace specific devices. They answered our calls, responded to emails, helped coordinate shipments, etc. They genuinely care about their communication, their level of support, and they operate under a sense of urgency.

Reliability and customer service has nosedived
I used Hypervolt for years. The original Pro device served me for 4 years. The 2 Pro has been a nightmare. Every year, right after warranty expires, the rubber grip will expand and prevent the battery from maintaining a consistent connection to the device. Instead of fixing the device or rectifying the design flaw, their solution each time is for you to buy a new battery or new device.
I use to recommend Hypervolt to all my friends and family but I will never use them again. Quality and customer service has nosedived.

As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete, instructor, and someone constantly balancing the demands of professional life, recovery is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. Investing in the Normatec legs, hips, and arms systems has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health, performance, and overall recovery.
After long days on the mats, intense training sessions, or nonstop weeks managing operations and events, these systems have helped my body recover in ways that traditional stretching and rest simply could not. The difference in circulation, soreness reduction, and overall readiness is immediate. It has become part of my routine.
What makes it even better is that my wife now uses all of the systems as well, and she absolutely loves them. It has turned into something that benefits both of us physically and mentally, especially with how demanding life can get.
I would highly recommend investing in the full setup if recovery, longevity, and performance matter to you. This is not just a product purchase, it feels like an investment into your body and quality of life.

I have multiple Hyperice products, and have for years. I recently tried a new one, which I loved, but it had some issues. Jack and the Hyperice team took amazing care of me and we solved the issue.
Normatec Elite Hip
Not only do I love the product (normatec elite hip), but the customer service that I received from the company is fantastic. I lost the plug for my device after having hip surgery, and Jack with customer service went above and beyond to help me get a replacement and maintain my rehab.

I accidentally ordered the wrong charger and when I contacted customer service, they immediately turned around and sent me the correct charger. No questions asked. I ordered the wrong size accidentally and Jack from the customer support team helped me resolve the issue. He worked with me to return the the item and exchange it for the sight size, no questions asked.
Fantastic Customer Service
Carlos did not hesitate to solve my problem. My Hypervolt 2 Pro stopped working even after purchasing a new battery. The unit was 20 months old and out of the 1 year warranty but rather than give me the run around of "sorry you're out of warranty" on an expensive item that was not damaged or misused by me, it simply failed, he quickly replaced not only the battery but sent me a new Hypervolt 2 Pro! I returned the defective unit in a pre-paid package. Easy and done. Great, no fantastic customer service! I have and will continue to purchase Hyperice products and can't say enough about how easy this company is to work with.
