Just to let you know, we always offer free exchanges. And rest assured, you wouldn't have to go through the trouble of returning the product if you decide to request an exchange.

However, if you wish to return the product instead and get a full refund you can always do that as well.

As a general rule, it is true that customers can only return a product within 14 days after receiving the product, but that simply means that customers need to express their intent to return the product within those 14 days, which I understand that you did.

I'm really sorry to hear that your shoes weren't the proper size for you and that our Customer Support Department failed to assist you.

Just to let you know, we always offer free exchanges, and we never require the customer to send back the ill-fitting pair of shoes if all they want is an exchange.

As for returns, all you need to do to get the ball rolling is contact us by email within 14 days following delivery and express your intention to send back the shoes. We will then provide you with the address to the return center located closest to where you are.
