Hypnosis Downloads Avaliações

I haven't had much experience when it comes to self-hypnosis, so when I decided to give it a try, I was referred to Hypnosis Downloads by a very good source, and I am very happy and satisfied with the results so far. They have very good training videos as well as an excellent library of sessions. Thank you, Hypnosis Downloads, for getting me started with the training I needed. Now, I am able to get into a hypnotic state very quickly, and it's only been a couple of weeks.

I have now purchased 5 sessions from Hypnosis Downloads.. The one on helping to control your blood pressure really helped. I have white coat syndrome and always have an initial very high reading. Using the techniques in the tape my first reading was 137 over 70—very good for me.

Very relaxing speaker which has had a major beneficial effect on my problem. Thoroughly recommend this companies products. Cheers.

I've tried other methods, this one seems to work the best.

Fantastic resource, as a therapist who uses hypnosis as part of my practice finding this treasure trove of resources has enriched my practice tremendously.

Really great hypnosis sessions, they have been really helpful, esspecially the courses.

I can’t recommend Hypnosis Downloads enough! I've been purchasing their audio sessions since 2020: the hypnosis, paired with journaling, have been a game-changer for me and my loved ones, saving us tens of thousands in therapy costs. The audio tracks are professionally crafted, with soothing voices and powerful scripts that address deep emotional wounds, like betrayal and self-worth struggles. Hypnosis Downloads is a treasure for anyone seeking affordable, kind, universally effective mental health support, regardless of cultural or religious differences. Thank you for empowering me to thrive, Mark Tyrrell and Roger Elliott!

Ever since I was a child I've woken up at night to eat. It is something I've wanted to stop doing since adulthood. I have tried "fighting" it for more than 20 years. The first night I used the hypnosis was the first time I didn't eat at night without it being extremely difficult. Since I've been listening to the hypnosis I simply use the bathroom and go back to bed. I am aware of my old habit but it doesn't have a hold on me anymore. I couldn't be more thrilled with the results I've had!

I love the downloads I have tried. My favorite is See the Best in Others. I noticed I was waking up feeling happier…and then I realized it must be because I listened to that session!

I've been using hypnosis for over 20 years for various outcomes, unfortunately the provider I used to use passed away a few years ago.
I recently realised I'm autistic, hypersensitive and hyper vigilant. As my life circumstances have changed the strategies I used to employ to manage those is no longer available to me. A few months ago I bought the hypnosis tracks to overcome hyper sensitivity and hyper vigilance and they have worked wonders.
I have some hypnosis training myself and have generally found hypno tracks I buy online are poor technical quality (there is an 'art' and a 'science' for how it works). Hypnosis Downloads are excellent quality, technically and in terms of sound quality.

I recently bought some weight loss and anti aging tracks and the quit smoking pack. I'm about a week in and have already noticed I'm smoking and eating less. For example I used to smoke within 10 minutes of getting up in the morning, the last couple of days I haven't smoked for an hour or so and I'm finding similar with snacking. I'm not using any 'will power', I just don't really think about it as often and when I do think about it I'm noticing that I'm asking myself 'do I really want that or is it habitual?'
I highly recommend Uncommon Knowledge Hypnosis Downloads and there is a money back guarantee, so if you're not sure my advice is give it go.

The hypnosis has been really helpful. I've been meditating and have been curious about hypnosis for awhile but was sceptical and a bit scared. Finally pulled the trigger and it feels like a deep meditation.

I really enjoyed the hypnosis download. I am working on myself at the moment and really love the work Mark and uncommon knowledge does. I thought I would have a go at your audio instead of my own for a change.

I had nothing to lose, so I tried it. I found it very helpful. And if I need a touch up, per se, I just re-listen to it which is wonderful.

Hypnosis downloads is an amazing company who offer top notch hypnosis at very competitive prices. I have used them on multiple occasions and cant speak highly enough of them. Easy to follow, easy to download, app is great and most importantly of all, it 100% works. Roger and the team beat anything else I've come across. Highly recommend

I have been using the Sleep Deep Sleep Long hypnosis for the past few nights. I fall asleep listening to it and have found that even when I wake up through the night I am finding it much easier to get back to sleep. Big improvement!

The hypnosis programs work great, I'm seeing results quite quickly. My only complaint would be navigating through the APP, but that might b my computer illiteracy. I'm a certified hypnotherapist and I'm very impressed at how well these products work Paul Bluett

I have been using the hypnosis downloads daily for about a week now and have found them to be very helpful for sleep and slowing down my overactive mind so I can rest. I will be trying other sessions as needed in the future. Thank you!

Great hypnosis resource! Relaxing voices, so many titles to choose from, and great pricing. I had good results with the first track I purchased, so I just bought a few more. Thank you!

Great smoking script.
