Trustworthy, private, comforting, safe to use. I was leery about using hypnosis. I liked to be able to read the script (which matched the audio) to alleviate concerns about what was being said. Did not want to start clucking like a chicken or something. The 20 minute power nap is so refreshing. Just started using the stop smoking audio. The voices used on the audio are very soothing. Highly recommend.

I decided to try the hypnosis downloads app after using meditation apps for a while and wanted to see if this could help go deeper into some issues I wanted to tackle.
I’ve found it helpful in building confidence and quieting negative thoughts and feelings.
I listened every day for the first week as directed and have been using it on alternate days after that for the next two weeks and I’m increasing able to draw on the positive feelings as I need them.

I bought a set of mp3's during an illness that stopped me drinking. The idea being that when I get better, the alcohol issue would be gone. I thoroughly enjoyed them and they did the trick. Even though I'm back to normal in all respects, the "need" to drink has gone, resulting in going to bed earlier, sleeping better, clear-headed in the morning, but most importantly,y not missing it at all. Highly recommended even if you're "I can't be hypnotised", or this "won't work for me". For the price they are a bargain!

A bad job turned worse, started a teeth grinding habit. A mouthguard from the dentist backfired, making the teeth grinding so bad that my jaw was uncomfortable and my teeth sore all day. The Hypnosis Downloads have saved me. I was able to notice a difference right away. After having listened for about three weeks, I no longer notice the problem at all and it was consuming me at all hours of the day. Only to be made worse at night. I am so thankful and will continue to explore the library for other helpful things.

Only purchased three downloads so far, but the experience has been positive. Like the way the three scripts are entirely different, with some others it’s basically the same script with a few changes to suit the particular problem. Roger’s refined Scottish accent is very well suited for the task.
Can’t comment on the support as I’ve had no need to use it thus far.

Recommended by Therapist as Meditation- I have struggled with Flying since I was twelve. This meant every flight was agonizing. Travel is a necessity and international travel is fairly frequent. The Fear of Flying download used as suggested helped make the flying experience comfortable and more importantly created the opportunity for me to look forward to the trip for weeks before hand!
