Une option flex-on..
Inscrit pour l'Hyrox Nice en double, une fois le billet dans le panier, impossible de revenir en arrière pour ajouter l'option Flex On permettant le changement de nom en cas de blessure ou autre. Revenir en arriere signifie le retour en file d'attente et donc l'impossibilité d'obtenir un billet. Je valide donc mon panier en me disant que je l'ajouterai ensuite. Impossible, prise de contact avec le service client, l'ajout du flex-on est impossible depuis cette saison.
Que cela soit une option payante (quand le billet avec les frais coute deja plus de 100 euros par personne..) c'est déjà difficilement admissible mais si en prime une fois dans le panier on ne peut pas rajouter l'option si pas sélectionné en premier lieu sans prendre le risque de ne pas avoir billet et qu'ensuite on ne peut pas rajouter cette couverture.. ca devient incompréhensible.
Hyrox donne l'impression de prendre ses clients pour des vaches a lait, on paye et si on ne peut pas participer, les billets seront inutilisables..
Biggest scam company– No Compassion, No Flexibility
I registered for an upcoming HYROX event with great enthusiasm, but unfortunately suffered a serious muscle tear that makes it medically impossible for me to compete. Despite providing an official doctor’s certificate, HYROX refuses to offer any refund, ticket transfer, or even the option to resell my spot — simply because I didn’t purchase their “Flex Add-On” at the time of booking.
This policy is not only unethical, but I believe it also violates consumer rights under EU regulations. Denying any form of reasonable solution, even in a medical emergency, while also preventing ticket transfers or name changes, is unacceptable.
HYROX’s response was cold, dismissive, and copy-pasted. I am formally filing a complaint with the Dutch Authority for Consumers (ACM) through ConsuWijzer, and I encourage others in similar situations to do the same.
This experience has completely changed my view of the HYROX brand. I will not be registering for any future events, and I advise potential participants to think twice before giving their money to an organization that treats injured athletes with such indifference.
Disappointing and inflexible – couldn’t register
I wanted to sign up for the HYROX Race in Frankfurt in December 2025, but apparently, the only payment option is credit card. No alternatives, no flexibility. What’s the point? Not everyone uses or wants to use a credit card. I was ready and excited to join, but HYROX made it impossible. That’s a dealbreaker for me. The event looked promising, but this outdated payment system is a major letdown.
You’d think a company obsessed with…

I placed my order over 10 days ago and it vanished into a black hole of broken systems, vague emails, and zero accountability.
No shipping confirmation.
No tracking number.
No idea if my order is even real or just a motivational hallucination.

Just empty “appreciation” for my patience while your warehouse presumably does yoga instead of packing orders.
If HYROX ran races the way they run their shop, every athlete would still be waiting at the start line, wondering if their bib is in stock.
This isn’t elite. This isn’t acceptable.
It’s a fitness brand running on fumes and buzzwords while customers sit in inbox purgatory wondering if their gear even exists.
Sort it out.
Because “train hard” doesn’t mean “chase your own delivery.”

Worst sports event I could imagine. Bought my tickets 6 months in advance, wanted to change the names of the participants 4 months in advance, but that is not possible according to the HYROX organization. €200 down the drain, great!

I purchased a HYROX UK Doubles ticket…
I purchased a HYROX UK Doubles ticket for an upcoming event. Due to unavoidable personal circumstances, I am now unable to attend. My partner, however, is fully able and willing to compete. Despite this, HYROX are refusing to allow him entry, citing restrictive ticket terms that prohibit any name changes or substitutions — unless an additional “Flex” fee was paid at the time of purchase.
This policy is, in my view, a direct breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protects UK consumers from unfair contract terms and ensures services are provided with reasonable care, skill, and flexibility. We have paid for a service — entry to the event — yet HYROX are deliberately denying access to one participant for reasons entirely beyond their control, while retaining our money.
Moreover, HYROX have ignored all attempts to resolve this amicably. Their customer support is non-existent, with emails going unanswered and no clear complaints process available.
These practices are unfair, commercially exploitative, and designed to maximise profits at the expense of customer rights. I would urge anyone considering purchasing HYROX tickets to be aware that without paying extra for their "Flex" option, your tickets are effectively worthless if unforeseen circumstances arise — even if one participant remains eligible to compete.
I will be escalating this to Resolver, Trading Standards, and potentially Small Claims Court, as I believe HYROX’s policies fall foul of UK consumer protection laws.

Money grabbing corporation not a community led sport.
I've done multiple Hyrox's and was planning on doing another later this year. I booked tickets for an event in Italy and after realising that we couldn't make it I emailed and was told we could transfer tickets to another event in Italy during the same season.
When we asked how they said they had changed their minds and there was no possibility of a swap or refund and the tickets are unsellable as they have our names on it.
We have people that would like to compete and use our tickets but they are going to waste because Hyrox want to squeeze more money out of it's community by forcing everyone to buy a 'flex' option to allow them to change the names.
Considering this is a sporting event, it's super common for partners to swap due to injury so the lack of flexibility is staggering. This is also a new rule as we managed to sell tickets last season

Terribly unfriendly and rude
I was entered for hyrox doubles and due to eventuating circumstances I am unable to take part. I am having to undergo several medical procedures and am in poor heath, meaning I cannot partake.
I was originally told I would be refunded for the doubles ticket but then the rep said he would not. When I asked for how we could proceed instead, Stanislaw Lewicki started responding in an extremely rude manner. I am going through a lot of stress at the moment and honestly am quite taken aback by the horrific treatment I have received.
Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. My husband bought me a cropped top for a Christmas present. It was the wrong size. I returned it on 06 January and it cost £14.55 to send it tracked mail. I kept emailing for an up-to-date position and kept being told they couldn't do a refund until they received the parcel. The next thing I received the same parcel back at my house. Only to be told it was refused in error. They sent me a tracked label. I am still awaiting a refund as the status shows awaiting collection. Emailed again no response. I will never buy from them again. So today I have seen the tracking says it is in its way back to me again. I have emailed to lodge a formal complaint but I doubt i will hear anything further. Absolute disgrace.
The worst experience and service I ever had.
I bought the Deviate nitro elite 3 online. 3 weeks after my order, I received the shoes with the wrong size. I wrote a mail back and they responded me well with a retour label. After I returned the wrong sized shoes I wrote 4 emails (in 3 weeks) if I could expect the right shoes and what the status was and if the wrong pair were returned. I never got a respons back. Suddenly I got a new pair of shoes but again the wrong size. I wrote them a email back ! The only respons I got was a retour label with the text that they have sended a retour label, this without any information if I will still can expect the wright size or an respons of the content of my email with an apologies.
The manner they are handling their customers is unacceptable and it feels that you can not
get in contact with them.

Deplorable customer service that spends more time talking down to us than it would have spent finding a solution to resolve the situation.
I hope for your sake that you won't come across Cyrielle, who never tried to put herself in the customer's shoes. They made us wait until 4 days before the competition, making us believe that a solution would be possible, only to tell us that they would do nothing as usual. As a reminder, we paid more than a hundred euros to take part and now we find ourselves having to pay additional last-minute costs and rethink our entire organisation as a result of their incompetence.

Beware - dont get sick or injured before your race
My husband and I are competitive athletes, and we have spent a lot of money with the Spartan/ Deka franchise and have had a great experience with their customer service. We were eager to try out Hyrox. Our first year, we came down with the flu right before the Anaheim race, and we asked to move our tickets to a different race. Hyrox customer service said that since the race is at the end of the season, they wouldn't be able to move our tickets or even credit us for another race. We lost all of our money. We decided to give it another try and signed up for Las Vegas in 2025. My husband got injured during another race, and we asked Hyrox if we could transfer our tickets to a different race later in the year. Their customer service said that all races are sold out for the year; it's literally January, and our only option was to transfer our tickets to another racer. I am appalled by this organization's lack of care or attention to its athletes. I do not plan on continuing to sign up for races. Beware (if your race is scheduled in advance): don't get sick or injured, or you will be out all of your money.
Mercenaries for money
Mercenaries for money. Bought my participant ticket for Marseille with friends and all my travel and here now here to watch my friend take part which I will give them more money for however, I injured my back several weeks ago and as much as I have tried, struggled to recover in time to participate so wrote to Hyrox to explain and as if I could transfer to another event. They wrote back quickly to say no, I had to transfer the Friday the week before the event so I explained that was not until a week to come and they wrote back and said no again. In summary, only care about money and in my experience, not the health of participants

A Absolutely rubbish services and you can only get a ticket from a third party for an athlete WHY? and there is so many Scammers on Hyrox and on there market and definitely from FB Google PayPal and Scammers are using stolen email addresses accounts PayPal etc , If you want buy a athlete ticket then you buy a hotel package which is scam up to £600 for a single person from Hyrox Platform, but you can buy spectators and a photo sportografa on the Hyrox web platform so that’s another scam cost, a total Scammers, you should be ashamed of yourselves and of your services 🖕oh yeah forgot to say if you buy a spectators or sportografe tickets you don’t get a refund and so there is no protection WK’s

I ordered 3 t-shirts (spent £116) and one of the t-shirts is the incorrect size. The website says to email them however its been 2 and a half weeks and I've heard nothing back and I can't even find a telephone number to contact them. Sure this can't be a legal way to operate?

Won’t let you cancel tickets for an event that’s 6 months away even when a surgeon has recommended shoulder surgery and that it be missed.
