I’ve been visiting I-Optix since 2016, and from day one I’ve received nothing but the very best care for my eyes. Another eye provider failed to spot a condition in my eye, but the team at I-Optix identified it straight away. Oli is always incredibly helpful, offering great advice on both frames and lenses. I highly recommend I-Optix to everyone — their service and expertise are exceptional.

i-Optix are excellent. They are a night and day contrast with other opticians; here they remember who you are, take time to ensure your prescription is right and are happy to go the extra mile to accomodate specific needs (e.g. a very strong prescription and frames that will fit a petite face). Oli and his team really listen to your concerns and get you the best value and results while being professional and welcoming. I have been with them for years for glasses and contacts, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. 10/10

I've been a customer for a couple of years now, The service is always impeccable and above what one could expect. Oli is proactive in how he looks after customers.. Not only friendly and polite, Oli has always indulged me and my wife as we discuss frames even when we were doing so close to closing time. Oli has also been patient when we've not been able to pick up items, and has even called to check if we were running late and needed a little more time. He's never pushed for a sale, in fact, he's even pointed out when I didn't necessarily need to make a purchase. He's been very good with dealing with skin reaction issues, and has helped me find frames that were suitable for me to wear. I feel a valued customer when I deal with Oli, and I feel that my eye care is in very good hands.

Great service. The staff in the Euston branch were really helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I'm not usually one for writing reviews, but the service provided here is of such a high level I thought it the least I could do.

Having had my eyes tested at Boots, I went to I-Optix Eye Care for my glasses and contact lenses as they offered better value. I-Optix Eye Care made up my glasses and lenses, but after a couple of weeks I was getting headaches and had trouble focusing properly. I went back to the store, where Nishma the contact lens specialist (and extremely helpful, friendly girl) checked my prescription against her test on my eyes and found the prescription to be too weak. So Boots have given me the wrong prescription and not knowing this I-Optix Eye Care then made up my glasses and lenses.

It seemed that I was stuck with a new pair of glasses that I was not able to use and the wrong contact lenses. Incredibly, however, the I-Optix Eye Care Director then offered to re make my glasses to the correct prescription, and gave me the correct strength contact lenses there and then, all free of charge. I think that this is incredible customer service as it was not I-Optix Eye Care who made the mistake, but Boots.

On top of this, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the store was tidy and well laid out.

I can't recommend this store enough, I won't be going anywhere else in future.

i-optix have set the bar high for an independent opticians. The staff were warm, friendly & well-informed on helping me choose the right frames & lenses for my prescription. The eye test was thorough. The range of frames are well chosen for a small boutique. They provided a high level of customer care especially as I have awkward facial features (for glasses) and an annoying tendency to change my mind! I'm forever grateful for their patience with me. I love my pair of Tom Fords. Thank you guys for your fantastic customer service and knowledge. Highly recommend!
