The IAC offers a profound and deep evaluation of the human form and systematic behaviors between people, our planet, and all the energies we all exist in together. The techniques taught for more effective ways of becoming free and less diverted from our truth as individuals are timeless and perfect in their format as we know and need them to be today (2021)! All the instructors are knowledgable, kind, clear, and patient.

Just one of my favorite aspects about this organization is the 30+ years of scientific documentation PLUS personal experiences from those willing to add to the data. These two levels of awareness work so well together and as a free thinker, I have come to appreciate the combination even more since I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2016. I have been dabbling in the spiritual life for 27 years as a yoga teacher/practitioner, and when I discovered the IAC and took the Consciousness Development Program in 2017, a lot of gaps in what I experienced, knew, and then came to understand were connected or filled through this program. It helped me feel more safe and courageous in my personal life.

It's amazing to learn from IAC's instructors who support everyone with deep understanding and motivation. Very clear, practical and helpful step-by-step instructions and tips on how to do things, that lie beyond our physical reality and perception.
I took Consciousness Development Program online and it was like a guided near-death-experience for me. To say it brought significant positive changes in my life is to say nothing. I just feel reborn, waked up from mental coma.

I saw IAC by coincidence online around the year 2004 and went to one of their free events. I loved the talk given and found it really interesting so I became member straight away on the same day. I completed CDP 1 and 2 and went to live to Spain for a while. Years laters I returned to the academy and completed all 4 CDP plus other courses and found the overall experience amazing.
All instructors are very well trained, they know what they are taking about and I have always received the help I needed.
I really recommend this training, It has been a very enriching experience.

IAC, is an innovative institute that offers a wide range of courses related to the mind ad consciousness studies.
I have participated as a volunteer in one study and had the extraordinary opportunity to learn a very useful mindfulness technique, Velo. I had been looking for a tool I could use everyday for an hygienic energetic balancing, Velo gives that and much more. Plus is not attached to any Folk, difficult Mantras, Pseudo-Psychology or Religious make up.
The centre approach is very simple, straightforward, not pretentious and his approach is as rational as it could be.
Was lovely to interact with Analaura who also shared her expertise and life experience in these matters.
For the ones looking for peace of mind, who are empaths, curious, who are on a continuous process of self development IAC offers courses that can help to understand consciousness, energy and the Universe. How to develop awareness, and how to work with our own energy for clearing, balancing, understanding of oneself and natures essence, the world and so on.

I was very happy to be chosen to be a participant in Analaura Trivellato's velo energy mindfulness research experiment. Her research showed how learning to control and move one's own energy can actually help to fight stress and depression. Because of this research, I have now been introduced to the International Academy of Consciousness. They have many fascinating and informative classes on understanding and positively affecting your own energy body and how this can benefit you physically and mentally and psychically. Analaura Trivellato and the IAC genuinely care about helping people to feel more positive,healthy and energetic in their daily lives. I really believe that the IAC's various classes will definitely benefit anyone who is interested in learning more about who they really are inside and how to live their best lives, especially in the stressful times that we are now living in. The IAC classes are definitely helping me and I am very grateful to have found them. I wholeheartedly recommend that other people check them out and see what they have to offer.

I was happy to participate in Analaura Trivellato’s research study about the effects of the VELO technique on depression and anxiety. She debriefed the participants about the results of the research study during an informative and inspirational 2- hour Zoom meeting, and answered our questions.
