I am so over the moon. I can't wait to get properly started with this course and learn a new skillset.
Customer service is so helpful I have contacted them in regards to help with courses, course extensions and ID cards and they are able to help. Thanks to an agent called Calum I'm able to get on with my course again! I highly recommend

Microblading course was trash
Purchased a microblading course off Wowcher for £10. I have to laugh at the fact that this website originally charges £300 for this course. It’s basically someone reading off a piece of paper about the most basic stuff. You don’t learn anything. Each section has a video that’s about 60 seconds long… including the part where you’re supposed to learn about the skin, epidermis and dermis. How do you honestly learn that from a 60 second video that’s only telling you that the skin has different layers. No detailed explanation as to how this relates to microblading and the steps to take around this. If anyone actually takes this course and goes to practice professionally without further proper training then I feel sorry for them. It’s atrocious. Wasn’t expecting much for £10 but wouldn’t even recommend paying that at this point 😂🤣

Fantastic course
Fantastic course, very detailed. She goes through everything step by step and explains why it needs to be done and even gives you a mock test. Yesterday I had no idea what or how to apply lash lifts and tints, and today I’m qualified and have already ordered my lash lift and tint kit ready to go! Thankyou :)

Completed gel nail course which was very helpful, once finished course modules 100% have received no notifications to say completed, paid for a certificate & emailed asking what is happening, haven’t heard anything, just a bit confusing really as unsure of if I’ll get my certificate or even a response

No certificate received but payment taken!!
My daughter paid for a gel nail course and opted to pay for a certificate once completed. After several attempted calls, emails and WhatsApps, no one has got back to her! She has paid for something that hasn’t been delivered.

James was very helpful
The gel nail course was good, taught them basics. But now I’m trying to get my certificate, I’ve ordered it and paid for it and 2 days later I’m still waiting when it said it would take a maximum of 24 hours. I’ve tried emailing and calling but no answers.
Just used the online chat system & James send my certificate over to me in 2 minutes - great customer service and very polite, thank you James!

While the nail course wasn't terrible it wasn't great either you certainly can't call it a "Course" i expected to see tutorials or videos etc to teach you how to actually do them etc but it was nothing more then a slideshow talking through basic things you'd already generally know, but I have to agree with the other persons review on here you learn more on YouTube then on this
