Booked a villa(via Airbnb) for 10 of us at a great price and all communication/check in/villa was top notch throughout the stay with no issues at all. Transfers also set up with villa and all arrived on time with good, safe drivers.

Also booked private boat trip for 10 through Ibizahire. The boat we had originally booked had an issue so they upgraded us free of charge to a nicer boat and gave us a free drinks package, so absolutely no issues with customer service and had great communication.

Would recommend highly.

Used Ibizahire to hire a mobility scooter for a very hilly TUI resort. This was arranged from the UK before we travelled and the process was very smooth. The scooter was robust and excellent quality, delivery on time, and the price more than reasonable. Would totally recommend Ibizahire for this service

Alan is very helpfull and contact is easy by app or e-mail . Weekly cleaning sheets and towels apropriate. More then enough space for Seven persons, eight is possible but either two small kids or very close (in love?) in the fourth bedroom

Had such a great experience, didn’t have any inconvenience at all. Specially the workers really facilitated things to go as smooth as possible. Would totally recommend and repeat the experience.

We hired Villa Mollie from Ibizahire and were very impressed with the villa and the service. The villa is lovely with 3 main bedrooms and then an annexe with 3 more en suite bedrooms, a lovely pool and outside area to chill out in. Just a 10 mins walk down to the beach and restaurants. Nick and Alan were very accommodating and let us leave our case at the villa whilst they cleaned it ready for us and we were able to have a late checkout on the final day which really really helped us. Would recommend.

Fantastic bbq & cocktail package for my 40th birthday. The food was lovely, great variety & the cocktails were really well spaced out throughout the party. Nick also organised a DJ for us who played exactly what we had asked for. Such a professional team, would highly recommend!

Nick was super helpful throughout our whole booking, even managing to secure us an alternative boat when our planned cat didn't go in the water. Would highly recommend him and his team for all your Ibiza needs!

We hired Villa Mollie for two weeks this summer and it was amazing. The house sleeps ten and there is so much room for everyone, inside and out. The pool area is lovely and the inside of the house is well air conditioned. Nick and the guys at Ibiza Hire were so helpful before and during our stay. We had grocery shopping delivered before we arrived (and a top up while we were there) and it was great to come into the villa to a full supply of food and drinks. We would highly recommend Ibiza Hire and Villa Mollie is perfect for a large group. Thanks to Nick and all the team, hopefully see you next year!

Hired a villa from Ibizahire in July 2021, villa was great, Ibiza hire had already done a bulk shop for us and had everything there for our arrival. Any minor issues dealt with by Nick and his team in a very efficient and professional manner. Would highly recommend using them for any of their services and will certainly use them again in the future.

Our family of 10 stayed at Villa Mollie for 2 weeks in July/August 2021. We had a great time, the villa is amazing, rooms are great and air conditioned, beds really comfy, pool and outside/BBQ area are fantastic, plenty of fridge space for food and drinks! (Ibiza Hire arranged 2 big shops to be delivered we topped up other stuff ourselves every few days) The villa is around 10 mins walk from shops, bars and the water taxi that takes you over to San An town. Plenty of nice restaurants within a short walk and Kumharas (great sunset bar) is about 20 mins away

We paid a 2,000 euro deposit to Ibizahire in November 2019 to reserve a villa for our wedding in August 2020. In April 2020, due to the coronavirus pandemic, we decided to re-schedule our wedding until August 2021 and we asked the company to transfer our booking to the new dates. They would not accede to our request unless we paid the full balance (another 5,000 euros). We refused and they cancelled our booking and kept our deposit. We lodged a claim with the small claims court and the company’s response was to lodge a counter claim for the outstanding 5,000 euros. They supported their claim by pointing out that their invoice stated that the balance was due 7 weeks prior to arrival. Prior to submitting the claim we had already pointed out to them that the same invoice also stated that the balance was due on arrival, and their terms and conditions stated that the balance was due either 10 weeks prior to arrival or on arrival. The judge awarded in our favour and the company were ordered to refund our deposit plus our court costs and interest. I would not recommend Ibizahire to anyone. They could have transferred the booking but didn’t and showed no empathy whatsoever for our circumstances.

We booked a villa in Ibiza for a girlie get together for April 2020 through booking.com, the agent IBIZAHIRE took a deposit of £620 but due to COVID-19 travel was cancelled. IBIZAHIRE in our opinion have no intention of refunding our deposit even when booking.com advised them too. DO NOT book with this company.

Note To IBIZAHIRE - It is a businesses' responsibility to treat their customers fairly and responsibly, including trying to find a mutually acceptable solution which on this occasion is not the case. Its been determined that its IBIZAHIRE'S way or no way!!!

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) remains of the view that a consumer will generally be entitled to a refund when they have paid money in advance for services or goods that cannot be provided because of the coronavirus pandemic.

For anyone who is considering giving up hope of refunds with businesses' that operate in this way DO NOT GIVE UP!!

We have used Ibiza hire several times now and have always had a really good experience. Everyone is really helpful and really quick responding to any queries we had. This year we stayed at Villa Beso which looked so much better in real life than on the photos, it was perfect for our group holiday we all had plenty of room, the pool was great and the outside space was great for socialising altogether. It was so good to be more central this time and could walk to places such as ocean and was ideal having a few supermarkets at the top of the road. All 8 of us had a great time and all said we would stay at the villa again and think after the last 3 experiences I’d always book through Ibiza hire
