Hi Abdullah,
This review is confusing as you’ve either not looked at your emails regarding tracking or sent this prior to delivery? Your tracking reference - MZ135033727GB (Courier Royal Mail) has delivered your order. This has been signed and also evidenced in the Royal Mail tracking details. Our team has emailed you regarding this review. We reply to all our emails within 24hours often quicker and you’ve not made any effort to contact us on any platform prior to this review. Could you please amend this review to reflect the service we’ve provided.
Kind regards
Tom

Hi Maria,
We dispatched your order in less than 3 days of your purchase. You are based in Bulgaria and your item is in transit and will be with you soon. You’ve left an unfair review could you please amend this. Within 3 days we have sourced, authenticated, packaged and dispatched your item from London to Bulgaria and you’ve left a 1star review. We’ve paid for express delivery and usually delivery times from UK to Bulgaria is 7 working days approximately so you are still in the delivery period.
Kind regards
Tom

I ordered some UGG shoes
I ordered some UGG shoes, after a couple of days I had an email from Ella saying that unfortunately they do not have my size and are waiting for a new delivery, Ella offered my money back but I was more than happy to wait till the delivery arrived, I only waited just over a week and they arrived and are exactly what I wanted. Great product, great communication. Would definitely order from them again.
