They are useful. However I wished I had seen the kids one on original purchase as I bought them to put in kids party bags and it wasn’t there at the original purchase point.

Kool Pak - Cooling Patch
I have only recently found this Company, but I am so glad i have! The range they have is amazing, I am now using the cooling patch which comes in a pack of 4!
