cannot recommend IClean4U highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.
The team cleaned the house absolutely top to bottom. Every detail was taken care of — skirting boards, doors, inside cupboards — nothing was missed. The transformation is incredible. The house now looks better than I could ever have imagined and feels completely renewed.
Their customer service was also fantastic. Communication was clear and quick, with messages replied to promptly throughout the process. Paying the deposit was straightforward, and they were very flexible in making the service bespoke to exactly what I needed. They really took the time to understand what I wanted from the project.
This clean was particularly emotional for me as it was my late father’s home, so it was a bereavement situation. The IClean4U team handled everything with such sensitivity and understanding. They approached the work with real care and gentleness, which meant a great deal during a difficult time.
We also had the oven and carpets cleaned. The carpets have come up like new — even though they carefully managed expectations beforehand and explained they would do their best. The results were amazing. The oven looks brand new as well, despite being over 15 years old.
IClean4U truly go above and beyond. Professional, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough — I couldn’t recommend them more.
