A wonderful discovery
I rate with only 4 stars because I haven't try them yet (On my period).
But my experience with customer service has been fantastic as I was worried about my package and they replay to me and update me very kindly.
Once I received the underwear, I could not be more happy with the quality, the texture is amazing, how it fits me and how comfortable they are!
Can't wait to try them out on my next period, I have no doubts I am going to be even happier with them.

Bestilte trusser 26/11 som julegave….beløbet blev trukket med det samme. Men det kniber med afsendelse. Har fået besked om at afsendelse er forsinket med mulig levering 25/12.
Det er simpelthen ikke godt nok.

Return policy - bad customer service
I bought a pair of panties that didn't fit and followed the instructions in the return policy. Had to pay for a returnlabel in advance but never recieved it.
Iconicawear clearly states thet they don't return money if you send the product back before contacting customer service.
I now must pay Klarna because I have not returned the product, and because I can't explain why I have not returned the product yet. In Klarnas returnform it says that I have to contact the shop for returns, but what to do when Iconicawear don't answer!!!

When looking into your case I can see that the return has been made and the refund has been issue (Klarna invoice cancelled). I apologize if it took longer time than expected, our queue was significantly increased around black friday. Past niet en geen geld terug
Past niet, duurde weken voor ik een retour ticket kreeg. Waar ik 11 euro voor moest betalen. Vervolgens retour gezonden en hoor niks meer. Dus ben meer kwijt dan het artikel en heb niks. Doe je zelf een lol en koop er niks.

Zeer slechte service!
Product snel ontvangen, maar het is niet naar wens. De maat is niet goed, dus ik geef aan dat ik wil retourneren. Ze laten me €11,-!!! betalen voor de retourkosten. En daarna blijft het stil. Geen reactie, geen info over het retourzending, geen retourlabel, niks.
Erg slecht bedrijf dus.
Even een aanvulling: eindelijk na een paar weken een reactie gehad en het retouradres gekregen. De spullen geretourneerd en mijn geld teruggekregen.
Dus het is afgehandeld.
Maar door de slechte service zal ik toch nooit meer bij dat bedrijf iets bestellen

Excellent customer service
I had to return because the fit wasn’t for me, but I see they now have a high waist option that would suit me better!
International returns are a bit cumbersome and my package came back for some reason after a long time in transit.
It was a positive experience nonetheless as I promptly got my refund after notifying customer service. 😀

Veldig gode produkter av god kvalitet og stoff, størrelsen kunne derimot ha vært litt mer stretch i. Den er litt trang rundt hoftene, så hvis man har store hofter ville jeg ha gått opp en størrelse.

Hoge retourkosten
Productinformatie op de website te beperkt, ik maakte daar bijvoorbeeld niet uit op dat de buitenkant van het broekje van nylon is. Retourkosten zijn met €11 hoog. Ik heb daar uiteindelijk contact met ze over gehad en hoop dat ze de informatie op de website gaan aanpassen. Maar vooralsnog wacht ik nog op de terugbetaling van mijn retourzending.

This feels like a scam
This feels like a scam. I received the product, found they did not fit and returned them. Ended up getting them back again because they never accepted the return. Had to pay freight and customs two times (total of 1600 NOK). Do not know if I will get the money back because they do not answer my mail.

He provado varias marcar de bragas menstruales, y són las más cómodas sin lugar a dudas.
Me pedí una L, porque no queria que me apretaran per ningún sitio y fue una buena elección.
Las he utilizado incluso para ir a yoga, i en todo momento me sentí muy cómoda.
Ahora ya podré combinar la copa con las bragas, que és lo que queria.

Fris gevoel
Eerst was ik nogal sceptisch dus ik heb 3 stuks besteld. Het kwam netjes binnen de aangegeven tijd, wat 2,5 week was. Maar ik ben meteen overtuigd. De onderbroek voelt droog, je zit zelf niet helemaal onder. Het broeit niet waardoor fietsen comfortabeler is en met warm weer. Door de borstvoedingspil ben ik zo 2 weken ongesteld en 3 weken later opnieuw met weinig bloedverlies maar doordat maandverband gaat pluizen en broeien door fietsen en m'n werk, moet ik toch vaak verschonen. Nu helemaal niet! Lekvrij. Ik voel me gewoon fris. Ik heb maat 40 met broeken maar ik koop meestal maat XL onderbroeken bij de Zeeman en op basis van reviews heb ik nu ook XL besteld en dat is een goede keus. Het draagcomfort is echt mijn reden dat ik enthousiast ben en me fris voelen.

Dårlig kundeservice og dårlig pasform
Virkelig, virkelig dårlig kundeservice. Har ikke modtaget en returlabel til returnering af min vare, selvom jeg har betalt for den, og tilmed fået en bekræftelse derpå, at den er betalt. Kundeservice svarer ikke, selvom jeg har skrevet en pæn mail til dem tre gange.
Desuden har trusserne meget dårlig pasform.
Køber aldrig noget fra dem igen og vil absolut ikke anbefale andre at gøre det.

Estoy encantada con las braguitas de Icónica. Son muy cómodas y puedes estar con ella bastante tiempo (yo las uso para dormir, ir al gym ej), y puedo estar tranquila de que no me voy a manchar.
Lo que más me ha gustado de ellas, es que la sensación de humedad, ha desaparecido ya que son super absorventes, además de que contribuimos a mejor nuestro hábitat, ya que es bastante la cantidad de basura que podemos evitarle al medio ambiente. Estoy muy contenta con la compra, y sin duda próximamente haré otro pedido.

Svarer fort på mail. Jeg måtte returnere trusene da de ikke passet til min kroppsform. Var litt kronglete å returnere, men de har holdt kontakten hele veien og alt ordnet seg. Virker som et seriøst firma som ønsker å få fornøyde kunder.
