Looked around for some time, to purchase a new gold Rolex GMT master,
I had never dealt with Iconic before and was dubious because I had never spent as much money before to a online retailer. after reading the reviews I decided to take the plunge, The staff are so polite and helpful, under no circumstances did I feel pushed, my watch was unworn and in stock,and discounted, Infact it was the lowest price around. I part exchanged my watch which was also a Rolex and recieved a fair price which i was happy with my new watch arrived the following day, by courier I was contacted every step of the way and given a time slot,
I couldnt be happier with my new purchase it looks fantastic I can certainly recommend Iconic and will certainly use them again.

I recently purchased a Panerai "Luminor Marina" from Iconic Watches. The communication with the helpful staff was really great, the order transaction was always prompt and significant. The watch itself was exactly as described, well packed and superfast shipped: Well done, what more could a watch-enthusiast want?

There was a hiccup with the order form.. my fault, but they were very helpful and supportive sorting the matter out quickly for me so the watch arrived into e for a birthday present. Ordered a pre owned Omega Seamaster Professional from Iconic Watches.
The watch arrived next day and to my amazement it appeared as new with all its original boxes and papers. I have ordered from Iconic before so had no hesitation in using them.

Got a great deal on a Tudor watch for my wife. The watch bracelet was adjusted to fit her wrist and arrived within two days. Hope to use Iconic again when I buy myself a nice watch.

i was inclined to use this company due to numerous mentions on luxury watch forums and was ressuerd in purchasing by excellent Trustpilot rating.

Easy to navigate website, very good range of in stock/ available to order watches with expected delivery dates where applicable, detailed pictures, thorough and accurate descriptions, flexible payment by debit/ credit card or paypal with a later opportunity to avoid (reasonable) 1.5% cc charge by paying by bank transfer within 7 days of receipt.

Easy after purchase amendment by phone - i omitted to give my wrist size and wanted to change delivery date.

Watch received promptly, well packaged and securely protected, essential as even the watch box is of luxury quality!

i will not be part exchanging this particular purchase but when the time comes to add to the collection, Iconic will certainly be the first place i visit.

Spoke to the retailer before making the purchase. They were very helpful and responded very quickly. Once the order was placed I was kept updated regularly on the progress and whe Watch was delivered quicker than expected even though I requested a Saturday delivery. The Omega Watch is fantastic and significantly cheaper than the ones I tried on in London. Would thoroughly recommend.

I've had my eye on this watch for a long Time now and had been researching prices continuously. I had found that Iconic Watches were very competitive in their pricing. I've had my blue faced Omega Aqua Terra 41.5mm for just over a week now and I'm extremely happy with it. It's my Grail watch and still can't quite believe that I've finally got one. To anyone reading this review and wondering whether or not use Iconic Watches or not, please don't hesitate, their service is outstanding and you will not be let down.
