Ida sports boots are wonderful, they are comfortable and fit very well. All my contact with Ida has been friendly, with swift responses. They are understanding and have created a gem!

The futsal trainers are so comfy and supportive. I love them and will deffo get more in the future .

I have a pair of IDAs Classica’s and a pair of sliders. I’m in love with both! The boots really do fit better than any boot I’ve ever tried and the sliders are the perfect compliment. From customer service to the pitch, IDA rocks in all areas, this is the only boot I’ll ever wear again, I cannot speak highly enough!

I finally received my indoor soccer sneakers all the way to Canada! So glad they fit perfectly and look just like they did online!

I have tried on the new shoes and they feel very tight towards the front on the sides of my feet, however they feel very lose on the ankles. Hence I feel like I have no support on my ankles.

I love my Ida futsal shoes! They feel great! I’ve never felt so secure and comfortable in a pair of boots before! They fit so snug and now mean I don’t get any blisters or sores on my feet because they’re perfectly sized! They look great and feel great! Would definitely recommend to all female futsal players!

I bought my indoor court shoes in the limited edition colour scheme for tennis and I am super impressed. There was literally no break in time for me and they felt so comfortable on court even after hours of playing. I also received a lot of compliments on the way they looked. Would definitely buy again.

I ordered shoes on 12 May and provided size and colour selection online.

I was later contacted to advise my size and colour selection despite already having provided this.

Lengthy wait for arrival of shoes. Received one update on 17 July stating that shoes are expected in Australia in 10 days time.

After no further communication I emailed on 6 August to ask when shoes would arrive. I was told they had been received at the warehouse that day (coincidence?) and would be shipped to me.

Shipping is slow as Ida use a company much slower than Australia Post which my research reveals is a cheaper provider. I received shoes 10 days later on 16 August.

Upon opening the wrong colour shoes had been provided despite my initial order information and re-confirmation of colour choice.

The size was also very tight fitting. In the size guide you are told to measure the length of your foot but no details are provided for width. I followed instructions exactly and shoe length was a fit but the width felt crushing.

I returned the shoes which was also a poor customer experience. You need to find a senile location to drop the shoes which for me was a storage facility. This facility was unattended and when I called them I was told to leave the package in an unsecured area. Instead I waited for a staff member to arrive. I asked for confirmation for the return send and was told they don’t give anything upon drop off but I would receive confirmation to my phone number. I did not receive any confirmation. Luckily the return was processed and Ida was able to see that for refund.

Based on lack of communication, inadequate sizing information, poor customer order processes, incorrect order picking and lengthy and poor service quality of shipping I would not recommend nor purchase from Ida again.

I bought my black Idas during the recent Indiegogo campaign and I was so glad when they arrived. Trying them on they were so comfortable, I feel like I could do anything in them! Tennis, squash, futsal, or just wearing them with jeans they are the comfiest shoes I've worn. Won't be the last pair I buy from Ida.

Love em! I won more than usual, no blisters or sore spots. Importantly, I looked excellent and received lots of positive compliments about the colour scheme.
