Received our triple glazed windows for the renovation we are busy with, excellent service from start to finish at a competitive price. Have recommended Ideal Frames to family and neighbours.

Very happy with the windows and doors from Ideal Frames. I purchased them for a new garden music studio and found Ideal Frames very competitively priced compared to other companies I looked at. I was also able to upgrade to triple glazing for relatively little extra. The quality is excellent and Jacob was extremely helpful from the initial order right through to delivery. I'm installing the windows and doors myself and he has been great answering any questions I've had along the way. Great service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely SHOCKING!!
I have never given a bad review but the service has been absolutely disgraceful, waiting on an order since the last week of May, now mid August and still no sign. They don't even have the courtesy to follow back with a phone call. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had the worst support ever! I bought a frame on the 25th of July, and I don't have an expected delivery date yet. I called the team to resolve the issue or get a refund, but they hung up on me. I am absolutely disappointed, and I have a hole in my wall, and I don't know what to do to fix it. Absolutely not recommended.
