qualité douteuse et prix excessif
Je suis très déçue de la qualité de leurs produits, j'ai reçu une coque qui s'est très vite abimée. Le plastique sur les bords s'est dégradé en moins d'un an. J'ai contacté le service après-vente mais je n'ai jamais eu de retour. Pour le prix, je trouve ça très décevant.

Golden tip: the metal plate you have to put on the inside of your case for the ring mount to make it stick better is not compatible with the QI charger. Customer service confirms this but does nothing about it. So choose one of the two.

Thanks for your review! We are sorry to hear you do not feel completely satisfied.
There is no metal plate in the middle of our cases because we want them to be compatible with QI charging. You must therefore use the included metal plate if you want to attach the mount in the middle of the case.
You can still attach your mount everywhere on the case except in the middle, even without the extra metal plate.

Geen klantenservice
Had hoesjes besteld maar er stond geen huisnummer bij het leveradres. Kon niet veranderd worden en er was ook geen klantendienst die ik kon bereiken. Nu is de levering al meer dan 3 weken geleden mislukt en heb ik nog steeds mijn geld niet terug.

mooi hoesje, voelt een beetje onveilig
leuk mooi hoesje maar voelt een beetje onveilig, heb hem nog niet laten vallen maar heb het gevoel dat hij breekt als ik hem laat vallen.
ook zijn de randjes niet zo hoog; als mijn gsm op het scherm valt denk ik niet dat het goed beschermt is.
