Resposta da IDEAL OF SWEDEN
Hello,
We are sad to hear you do not feel satisfied with your purchase!
We cannot guarantee our cases are compatible with other brands’ wireless chargers, which is also stated in our FAQ. The reason for this is that our cases contain metal, to be able to be magnetic, and the metal can disturb the wireless signal.
This means that the phone needs to be placed very precisely on the charger, otherwise it will not work. We can therefore only guarantee the wireless charging to work with our own QI chargers, and not with others.
If you indeed are trying to use a charger from our brand, and it still doesn't work, please contact us at reviews@idealofsweden.com and we will investigate this. Make sure to include your order number and a video that illustrates the issue.
Best regards,
IDEAL OF SWEDEN
