I ordered a camera protector for my phone 17. It shattered within 3 weeks despite never dropping my phone. They sent me a replacement and it broke within a week. Also you can’t remove your phone case once the camera protector is installed.

Svarar inte på reklamation. Bluff företag, detta är inte ens lagligt. Rekommenderar INTE att handla härifrån.

Jeg bestilte et cover og en wrist strap til min iPhone 16e. Det tog en hel uge før varerne blev leveret, og så sendte de et cover til iPhone 15?? Fordi den antageligt nogenlunde kan sammenlignes med en 16e, bortset fra at det er tydeligt, at dimensionerne er anderledes og hullet til kamera er alt for stort.

Man kan selvfølgelig ikke komme i kontakt med dem foruden deres åndssvage bot, så nu får de en anmeldelse her. En 15’er er IKKE det samme som en 16e!

I ordered a phone case and strap during their Black Friday sale. I got an order confirmation email, then nothing for a week or so. I contacted them and received the tracking information (which was never sent to me via email). I thought, alright, it may be slow and I didn't get the tracking information sent, but as long as it's coming, that's fine. But then my order reached my country, went out for delivery and was returned to sender. I checked my order details -- I had keyed in everything correctly. I had to reach out to support again to say that I never got my order. They said I could get the order sent to me again or get a refund, but with a $15 handling fee charged. I told them that I keyed in everything correctly but they say the order is invalid. Whatever, a wasted $15 for nothing. I hope I actually get my refund. Bad experience, do not recommend at all.

Don’t buy from uk - you won’t be able to return items. I spent £20.00 at the post office to return my items, only for them to arrive back to me 6 weeks later. Customer service not up to standards. Goods were not worth the value and I couldn’t even return them in the end.

I ordered a phone case about 2 weeks ago and I contacted them since I couldn’t get any updates on the whereabouts of the phone case I ordered. They answered, basically saying to contacted them if when it’s been almost 4 weeks(they gave me a date). After I expressed how it just wouldn’t make sense to even keep the other at that point, they completely ignored my comment and replied with “Yes! ❤️” and “have a nice day💕” and closed the live chat. I can’t get any updates on my phone case and their customer service was no help.

Terrible returns policy, I purchased the wrong case so attempted to return. I had to pay for shipping as they refuse to organise return shipping. This cost me £12 via Royal Mail international, it has arrived in there country and they are now asking me to pay a further £20 for import and handling fees. The case was only £15… Insane. Would’ve been better off buying one from Shein.

Utrolig langsommelig og pengene er trukket længe før levering.

Really poor products for huge prices. Phone started falling out of the case within weeks of getting the case. A couple of months later and now it's completely useless... there are better cases for way better prices. Even Burga is better

Rubbish cases and phone surrounds. Every single case I've purchased from this company has cracked, broken or fallen apart within a month or two. And they're not cheap! Not worth the money. Not worth the customer service aggro. Don't bother. Put them out of business.

20 dager siden jeg bestilte, enda er ikke pakken sendt. Ingen informasjon om forsinkelse.

Nie polecam! Wysyłka zamówienia opóźniona o ponad tydzień, a po prośbie anulowania zamówienia ze względu na brak możliwości odbioru i wyjazd, otrzymałam odpowiedź zwrotną że 5 minut po złożeniu zamówienia anulowanie jest już niemożliwe i jak przesyłki nie chce to mogę ją zwrócić - ewidentne naciąganie na koszty klienta. W przypadku braku odbioru zamówienia też potrącają kwotę na pokrycie kosztów zwrotu.
Zero logiki w moim przypadku - pomimo braku wysyłki produktu, brak możliwości anulowania zamówienia którego brak możliwości odbioru jest przez opóźnienie w wysyłce węglem informacji jakie widniały na stronie internetowej przy złożeniu zamówienia.

I don't know why there are such bad reviews, I have had such a quick response from the company and they catered to my issue so fast and were so helpful and understanding and I actually love their cases too and they always have such good offers on aswell

Goods were tacky return not an easy process and very expensive I had to send to Holland??? sent tracking number for return posted 9/04/2925 been told I’ll have to wait for weeks. Not good enough I won’t buy from this company again i can get good better phone cases just about anywhere. Sincerely regret buying from this company. Terrible customer service AVOID

Købte deres meget populære "Mint swirl marble" cover, og det kostede mig over 200 kr.
Nu skal jeg fortælle dig hvad jeg fik for de penge.
Jeg fik et billigt plastikcover, som lignede noget fra wish/temu.
Mønsteret var printet på, men gik ikke ordentligt rundt i kanterne.
Printet var uskarpt, og lignede en billig kopi.

Har ikke engang haft coveret i et år, og det er knækket i alle hjørnerne.
Jeg har tabt min telefon mindre end med så mange andre covers jeg har haft, og de har kun haft småskrammer på dette tidspunkt.

Til gengæld var emblemet med deres logo i pænt metal...
Såh... vil ikke anbefale det... Jeg var i hvert fald meget skuffet. Især til den pris...

I wish i could give less stars!! I ordered the wrong size by mistake, spent a fortune to post back for a refund and two months later have just received it back as they rejected the parcel!! AVOID!!!!!

They don’t offer returns from UK - I tried this & they let me create a label then it got stuck at customs!!! Customs wanted more than the product was worth
