I’ve been working with Identity Dental for a little over 2 years. I’ve had great results and growth working with them. Their team is always on top of it and when we have meetings they usually do a task list of things to do which I appreciate since other companies I’ve worked with just say they’ll do it and there’s no accountability. Also love love love how the CEO grace is still involved. She’s reached out personally when things needed to be done to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend them as an honest, effective, and accountable marketing company.

Grace and her team make everything related to marketing in my office so easy! I hired her years ago and have never regretted picking her over the other companies. If I ever need anything, the team is responsive and quick to handle what I need! Not sure what you need? Set up a meeting and discuss all the options. You can always make changes later. I feel like some companies lock you into things, and I’ve never felt pressured by Grace or her team.

Grace Rizza and Identity Dental Marketing were my go to company for website, SEO, and marketing. They greatly improved our presence on Google and always were very conscientious with how we could most effectively utilize our marketing budget. They were always very responsive to any of our needs and provided customized solutions for our practice.

It is very difficult to reach management for concerns. They also do not provide any clear instructions or training for the employees. The only time employees hear from them is when the main boss wants to reprimand someone. If you work here, don't expect any support from the management.

Very great strategies on paper that you will instantly buy their services. I was however not pleased with how things were turning out after working with them for sometime. I decided to look for an alternative service provider.
