I’m a relatively regular customer of The Food Pharmacy and each time the service, products and results are 100% fantastic!
I recently did the 10 day detox, it was good to have a mix up of all the juices/soups and meals…with my job I changed it around to fit in with my days which really worked…everything tasted lovely and I particularly liked the shots first thing in the morning and before going to bed…it was a little tough on days 6,7 and 9 but it was so worth it on the 11th day with a 10lb weight loss but the best thing being my cholesterol which was pretty much halved. I was blown away by this as I was about to be put on statins, I know I will be watching my diet more closely now and aim to do a 3 or 5 day detox once a month with possible 5-2 once I’m in a routine.

I have just completed the 10 day challenge, I must say that I had tried the juices/smoothies and soup plan last year and struggled a bit with the taste/ flavours, some were a bit too spice/strong for my taste with regards to juices/smoothies.
However I was very impressed with the taste/flavours this time and so glad I decided to try again. I was never hungry and struck to the plan which was easy and didn’t have to think about what to have next as it is all planned out for you. The meals were delicious too! I lost 6IBS and few inches from tummy, legs and arms!
I am doing it again before my summer holiday so really that says it all!

Have just finished my first bottle of ginger and turmeric cordial, just ordered my second bottle, I suffer with arthritis in my hands and so far the pain has eased

Sue provides a great service. The products are always tasty and on the number of occasions I have utilised the detox programme, I have lost weight and felt less sluggish.

I recently particpated in the 10 day detox trial I didn't really know how well it would go but I completed it. There was a couple days where I was feeling hungry but persevered and was glad I did. Living in a household with others including a 5 year old was challenging as there was lots of tasty food about but I never touched any of it.
I had so much more energy, sleeping much better than I have for a long time and feel great in myself and managed to lose 15lb in weight.
Sue was fantastic and I couldn't have done it without her support and encouragement. Thankyou sue x

I completed the 3 day juice cleanse, I noticed my skin improve and I had more Energy, the most noticeable change for my was my IBS symptoms almost disappeared and I had no bloating, I also lost 6lbs. I loved all the juices I particularly liked the ones that gave a punch. I was worried i would be hungry, I wasn’t at all it was much easier than I thought. I have re ordered. Fast delivery. Clear labelling on juices. The juices did taste good. First day felt abit hungry but didn’t last long. Slept better and lost 7lbs over 3 days. Will do again.

Always first class service!! , I dip in and out of all products when I feel my body needs it. Ever since finding this amazing company I have absolutely no more menopause issues at all.
