Straightforward and simple process. No issues

Great service, quality work all at a very reasonable rate.

Iain explained the process, draft for approval same day. Log next day, super efficient. Highly recommended

Iain was very good -he explained everything , he arrived on time, sent the drafts the next working day for approval or questions and had them lodged immediately after we sorted out the address problems (which were not of his making). A very good service-thank you.

Very pleased with Iain's work. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and conscientious and the report was sent the next morning.

Was very pleased with Iain's service, attention to detail, and very prompt Report. Highly recommended

We were told we needed a new EPC because we had renewned the lease on our warehouse.

Iain took the time to find all this information out that we dont infact need a new EPC saving our company ££££

How many other companies would have just come and done a new EPC and charged us.

Happy with service, quick and reasonable price.
Highly recommended

Excellent communication with Iain. I had an urgent requirement and he was professional and accommodating. Changed an incorrect entry on the Register and checked everything was in order prior to publication of the report. Speedy turnaround. Would definitely recommend.
