Don't bother. I gave it a go, for a laugh , not expecting a great result and I was still completely underwhealmed. Finished product looks nothing like the images on the website - completely misleading. They have updated the description, but it still doesn't cut it. Just read the other reviews here.

Don’t waste your valuable time hoping they get it delivered before the actual date you needed by. Extremely disappointed in their dishonest advertising. If there was a lower rating than 1, i would have rated it as that.

The product pictured is NOT what I received. I thought I was going to get figurines as in the picture. I got a flat piece of plastic on a hard edged wooden base. What I received looks absolutely nothing like the picture of what I ordered.

Super Poor Quality and Misleading Advertisement
I ordered the figurine version for my wedding anniversary. The order took very long to deliver. The advertisement was very misleading as it says figurines, and I received a very poor quality 2D printout. And on top of all that, the color quality was really poor with multiple lines running through the photo. Money wasted.

Great Product: Could be better communication
This is a very nice very high quality glass product. The quality of the etching is excellent and a perfect representation of that part of the image submitted. The issue for me is that the vendor decided to only print part of the submitted image. That might have been because the original image was too big and would have been unreadable, ie a valid reason. My issue is that the vendor did not contact us to explain or agree that was what they were going to do.
If they had explained what and why they we truncating the image printed this would be a five star review.

Not worth buying!
I ordered and paid for a personalised figure of a fisherman . As requested I sent a photo of the face I wanted and I gave a name. What did I receive? A piece of plastic that has a cartoon face on it which I take it was supposed to be the picture of the face I sent and a equally tacky black plastic base personalised with the name I asked for. I emailed asking for a refund. I have received no reply. I will not be using your company again.

The wrong picture was on it. Not my husband's head, someone else. But you at least got the correct name on it. After ordering it in July, for a birthday gift in August. What a disappointment for waiting all the time are having it wrong. I will never order anything again for this company

The advert is a complete lie
The advert is a complete lie, it said a 3D sculpture of your photo. And it turns up as a 2D print on some cheap wood. When questioned the company about it I just got pushed off.

The item took about 3 months to arrive when it was stated that it would be less than 4 weeks
I would not have ordered toe item had I known it would take so long as I said the total time it should have taken was less than 4 weeks and no one contacted me until I contacted them

The website does not say2D. This is a typical deception from an unethical scamming company. The picture does not even resemble the photo. Don't believe their excuses. Just because they don’t like xi jinping is not reason to take it out on your customers.
Maybe instead of calling xi jinping names they need to sneak out of the country before they come to take you away.

Looks nothing like the picture
Well to be honest I sent a picture of my husband in thinking it may look somewhat like him when it was completed …… it looks nothing like him at all !!
And I was presuming it would of been a 3D model but alas a MDF 2D model arrived on a very bit of nice wood used for the stand

FRAUD
FRAUD. What I received was nothing like the ad whatsoever. The ad showed a three dimensional figurine, sort of like a bobble head, what I received was a flat piece of acrylic cut out that look nothing like the picture I uploaded. When I contacted them about their fraudulent business model, they said that there were always some slight variations, this was nothing slight whatsoever. 😡
Blatant FRAUD!
Follow up: Now they are are trying to have my HONEST review removed from Trust Pilot. They demanded my order number my name and my phone number!!! They also have now added a tiny sentence at the end of the description that says it is a 2D flat product … on a product titled “3D Sculpture Ornament” - they know they are lying!!!

Was not as the picture displayed on line. It took almost a month to receive the item and what I thought I was ordering is not what I received. The website was not very easy as I apparently ordered the wrong color. Thought I was ordering blue and received yellow. Not at all what I wanted.

They customer service was horrible to deal with. The product I bought was missing a section and when I did contact them about it I was expected to pay shipping for their mistake or accept a 10% refund which would have been $8.40. Don’t recommend
