Faulty zip
The zip on the mattress encasement has come detached from the runner. The zip on one of the freezer bag for the quilt also came detached although I have rejoined it

Great customer service! Richard was really helpful taking time to explain the best way to alleviate the impact of dust mites. He was very responsive to any message and very personable. It was really beneficial to speak to an actual person!! The items arrived on time and were well packaged.
