Sent a chocolate bar with 3 weeks before expiration date, really poor customer service, and bad at responding.

I have had a few orders from this company and never had a problem. The delivery is always on time. Items are packaged well. The family are fun and down to earth on their lives. Great prices, huge selection and world wide shipping. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Staff were rude on the Tik tok website, you can’t purchase on Tik tok even though they are packing on live. And I asked a simple question and was spoken to so rudely. They are cowboys I would never purchase from them.

The girls are so friendly n very fast service only order on monday and it came today

Incredible company, have ordered a number of times from them and always had great products. Customer service has always been great too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my sweets and international food!

Ordered a pic n mix from the website, saw it packed live and the hygiene was terrible. Lady wouldn’t change her gloves, was taking her glasses on/off her face, touching her hair. Really was unpleasant experience for me. I emailed the company immediately and received no reply. I used my own money to return item and still had no email from the company. It seems if you order off the website, then you have little protection as a consumer - I advise people to order via TikTok as then the company has to deal with customer enquires!

I've ordered multiple times from the website & always had a great experience. Always well packaged & great care taken. They have a fab selection of items & I recently ordered as the had the original Ruffles which are my absolute favourite & impossible to get. I am in Ireland so shipping was a bit higher almost doubled my order price but that was ok as it was quick shipping. I have noticed that the shipping has increased significantly since my first order but sure what can you do that's on the shipping company not the store. The shipping was incredibly fast,I got UPS shipping & updates were great but I will say be warned if in Ireland there will be fees which I was caught by as I'd never had the ups before it has always come An Post, but I had to pay another €20 on the doorstep,once again not the company's fault but just so people are aware.

Scum bags and scammers. Sent out completely different versions of cereal for me and talking about is the Canadian froot loops.😒
I saw American froot loops and was expected to get AMERICAN FROOT LOOPS, no other version. American stuff here in the UK is very expensive and for you to be sending a different version after I’ve paid full price to have American cereal delivered is definitely call stealing. -000.01 out of 10

I ordered three 100g worth of sweets from tiktok shop and they were amazing and tasted very fresh. Very affordable too. Would recommend.

I ordered yesterday 9/8/24 at 11am and within 25 hours I had my ordered and one happy husband. OMG the spiced coke is bloody lovely. Can not wait to tuck in to our flight sweets.

Everything I order from here has been amazing. My order was sent the same day I placed it and my daughter received it the very next day!

The iFoodsUK Movie Night Box was good however the transparent sweets bag that came, didn't have anything labelled on it. I mentioned in the notes on the order that I would like some vegan sweets if possible,. In my box came some sweets and a simple unlabelled bag of sweets (mix) leaving me to guess if it's vegan or not. Not really happy with this and not to mention it could be dangerous for people with possible allergies. Food seems to be something that is more difficult to mess up, especially sweets but in this case, this wasn't great.
