Die hatten glatt 235,-€ abkassiert für einen OCI-Card-Antrag und einen angeblichen verbindlichen Termin für das Ind. Konsulat für gestern, 22.4.26, in München uns mitgeteilt. - Wir hatten uns auf diese Auskunft (=Schriftlich vorhanden! und belegbar) verlassen und sind dafür vom Bodensee nach München gefahren. Die Auskunft dort: das ist ein Betrug- - Ich als PIO-Card-Besitzer sollte gar nicht persönlich in München erscheinen; das ist weder nötig noch erwünscht!!! Alle geforderten Unterlagen per Post nach dort senden und vorher 95 € überweisen und die Bearbeitung errfolgt im Konsulat. - Also: überflüssige Fahrt (=über 6 Std. Hin- und zurück) und überzogene Gebühren für nicht erbrachte Leistung.

Habe kurzfristig ein Visum beantragt und 149 Euro überwiesen. Keine Antwort bis zum geplantem Abflug, der dann nicht stattfand.
Eine zumindest teilweise Rückerstattung bei nicht ausgestelltem Visum erfolgte bisher trotz mehrerer schriftlicher und telefonischer Nachfragen nicht.
Alles sehr ominös. Keine Empfehlung !

Ich möchte den effizienten und schnellen Service anerkennen. Der Kundenservice ist sowohl per E-Mail als auch persönlich ausgezeichnet. Sehr freundliche Unterstützung am Schalter und per email.Wir haben unsere Dokumente immer weit vor der erwarteten Zeit erhalten.

I have very bad experience with this company. i applied for e-visa but this company doe's not responsed to any type of questions. i called so many time in Frankfurt office but no one picked my call. If any one want to apply for visa please apply direct on Indian embassy site.

Ich habe 4 Evisa für Indien am 06.11.2024 beantragt und bezahlt bei IGCS. Usere Reise war geplant für den 25.11.2024. Nach 1 Woche keine Anwort von IGCS. Da wurde ich unruhig. Auf meine Anfragen per Email erhielt ich keine Antwort. Telefonisch ist IGCS Evisa nicht ereichbar. Habe daher die visa direkt bei der zuständigen Stelle der indischen Regierung beantragt und die Visa schon nach 3 Tagen erhalten.
Von IGCS kamen 3 Visa am 22.11.2024 und das vierte 2 Stunden vor Abflug. am 25.11.2024.
So etwas möchte ich nicht noch einmal erleben.

Habe am 03.09.eVisum beamtragt und bezahlt.
Am 09.09. erhielt ich Nachfrage nach Bezahlbeleg und tkorrekter telefonnummer in Indien. Habe am gleichen Tag das gewünschte per Email geschickt. Auf eine Nachfrage meinerseits erhielt ich bislang keine Antwort, auch keine sonstige Bestätigung. Telefonischer Kontakt war bislang nicht möglich.
Habe schließlich am 21.09. das eVisum zugeschickt bekommen.

IGCS service were super helpful: answered all the emails very promptly, we got the visa really quick! 5 stars!

There service is pathetic. They dont mention all the documents in the specific category. Once you send all the documents to them. They will send you an email saying that some documents are missing and ask you for additional money. If you call there customer service they say that they have mentioned the documents at different places. The customer service is rude. They say that unless you pay the amount we will not process the application further or return your old passport.

A guy named Anil who talked to me when i called their customer help number abused me and my family on call. Ofcourse I wrote IGCS a complaint email, but no one cares.

Worst service provider, illegally collects upto 50% more than the Consular charges for services like Passport re-issuance etc. E-mails are not reposnded to in days, when responsded they respond with one line or no useful information at all. Its unfortunate that the Govt and CONSULATE are forcing its users to go through IGCS thus forcing us to pay these un authorised charges.

Conulate says that Shipping is a optional service, IGCS says its mandatory. Consualte says its service charges are only 112 EUR while IGCS says its 175 EUR.
The breakup of these charges are absurd when they finally issue the bill for payment after 2 months of payment.

In spite of having submited all the affdavit and documents and copy's needed, in the generated bill they charge for photo copies and email and appointments... which is absurd. !!

They do this so that they can somehow add upto a total of 175 EUR or more as chaged by them.

The only company in Germany who doesn't issue a BILL for payment for 2 to 3 months. That too you have to follow up and ask them 10 times for a bill.

In my case had paid the exhorbitant charges for 3 passports 2 months back, still waiting for a payment proof/reciept.

Proof of Payment is not shown in upload list though I submitted harcopy .
I have to pay 25€ for this .

Es tut mir leid aber diese Leute versuchen nur wie man Geld machen kann sie versuchen sogar Geld unterm Tisch zu machen aber was die Leute hier vergessen haben das wir in Deutschland sind hier geht es nicht sich einfach Geld einzustecken machen die Arbeit nicht richtig und haben keine Ahnung von der Arbeit

Der gesamte Prozess der diesjährigen Visumbeantragung war blitzschnell und völlig problemlos. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. In zwei Tagen vor Ort war alles durch.

Obtaining my visa was a painful experience. The process took way longer than it was supposed to, communicating with them through the phone was extremely difficult, specially in English, and they did never provided me with adequate information.
