Wooden Box
I ordered a particular hamper because it was available in a wooden box and I wanted the recipient to keep the box as a memento. However, I was disappointed to hear that the hamper was delivered in a cardboard box. The company gave me a small credit on my account but was not prepared to actually refund the credit amount.

Hi, my client was happy with the basket however I paid extra for same day delivery on the Friday and it was not delivered until the Monday. I was quite disappointed as I paid the extra money for the same day.

As per the shipping option you requested it stated there were no deliveries on that Friday due to reduced courier availability because of COVID.
SAME DAY SHIPPING Mon-Fri up to 30km from Sydney CBD. No deliveries on the 27th Friday available.

Delivery was a day later than specified, but this was understandable with Covid delays and it worked out in my favor. I needed to change the delivery address last minute and managed to do so via the online chat function .
Overall, efficient and I was kept informed once the parcel was despatched , to delivery .

Paid for express post and wasnt notified of delay. Has now been 7 days since I paid for the plant which was meant for mums birthday and she has not received it.
Do not recommend anyone from interstate to purchase anything !! Tried to contact them but has automated service .Poor service

Not happy Jane
Whilst going through the ordering process on the igift website it asks for a delivery date. I asked for a delivery on a Thursday and the gift arrived on the Tuesday so why ask for a delivery date if you don't take any notice of it. The earlier than wanted delivery spoiled the surprise and given how expensive the gift packs are and the expensive delivery fee, I do not feel like ever ordering from igift again. There are other business that do the same thing. Very disappointed.

It states on the product page this is a preferred delivery date and your choice during checkout will determine the delivery day. Some people wish to pay for express shipping and some prefer the free delivery.
Please check your order and email us with any outstanding issues. Due to covid there are also some delays so we always send earlier rather than later.

Surprise birthday gift hamper
Hi there, My mom received a gift hamper from family who live in the USA for her 94th birthday.
The hamper was beautifully packaged and presented and delivered as per tracking advice but the fruit was generally not very tasty. This included the winter melon, pineapple, grapes, blood orange, green kiwi. The small papaya was excellent. The avocado and gold kiwi fruit were nice. It was not a very generous hamper at all.
We did not want to let the sender know how poor the fruit in the hamper was as they would be very upset.
However we felt that the quality of the contents was overall very poor. It may be the time of year but then the choice of content should be considered and selected accordingly.
I have tried to contact the company but the voice mail directs you to their email chat which they do not seem to respond to.
The hamper was expensive and looked lovely but they are certainly not worth the money as most of the content was inedible.
A very disappointing gift hamper!

Our fruit is all grade 1 and of exceptional quality.
Please maybe ask someone else to try the fruit to make sure your Mum hasn't got any issues with her taste buds.
