Bought something of the shop. And never received anything. Like the other people say on here. They replied to the first email. Since then never heard of them. Trying to get my money back...

They're thieves

They take your money, don't deliver, fake the tracking, and never reply

Everything that is bad about Instagram shopping. Loathsome.

Scam! Please avoid! I ordered a pair of Tactical Combat trousers which never arrived, taking this up with shop app and credit card company. Sent numerous emails asking for refund, after parcel showing delivered for a future date on 17track.net this never happened and I believe this to be a scam too. I have sent numerous e-mails, the first was responded to asking to be patient and that the delivery was on it's way, which correlated with the 17track.net website, the following two e-mails asking for a refund were ignored, I am still out of pocket. SCAM - AVOID

I placed an order on 3rd of sept, emailed on 11th, 12th and 22nd, just went on to shop app and it now say IGNITEWEAR is no longer on there, I paid for my order with online credit card so trying to get money back. Plzzzz avoid

Like how everyone else has been saying about this "company" it's a scam.

It's been almost one month and I haven't received my parcel. I tried emailing them about my parcel or getting a refund and they never replied or received my email for once.

So with that being said. This company is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY OR ORDER from this company.

This company took my money and provided a fake tracking number which disappeared after a few weeks and i never received my parcel.
They have avoided responding to my emails requesting my money back.

Avoid this company completely.

Would give 0 stars if possible wish I had researched more before ordering. Clearly a scam. Ordered trousers that never came about to start the process of a chargeback through the bank.

Scam company!
I ordered trousers and they newer came. They have some false tracking number that makes paypal think everything is OK and you can't get a refund.

I think im scammed. Ordered pants over a month ago and now the tracker doesnt even work anymore. Tried to contact ignite but no answer. Will change the review but gotta wait to see.

Absolute scam waited long enough for my order and didn’t turn up.Was told the order could take upto 20 days,that passed and nothing emailed them again and nothing.No claiming back through the banking system.Save your time and money and stay away from this company

This appears to be a scam. Site down and not working.

Same experience as all the other reviews. It's a SCAM company based in China. You receive an order confirmation email with a GMAIL address for contacting them on. The tracking shows dispatch from China and nothing arrives. They do not respond to any contact on the email address or replying to the initial order email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought cargo pants from there but after month of waiting they never appeared to me. They dont answer to emails and even tried to get contact in instagram. But no answering.

Phantom tracking app . I got in touch with my bank to get my money back and the next day Ignite asked me why. They told me to look at the tracking. Today " Sunday it says it has been delivered. Not a chance unless it 24hr tracked. I don't know why they say it's an American company and send from china. Just a big Scam.
