It’s taken me a couple of weeks longer to leave a review as my relocation from London to California has been admin heavy, but without Ignite Relocations I am not sure I would have made it with all my things! Special thanks to Emma who was absolutely fantastic - Emma genuinely rescued my move! She was super helpful, efficient and so very patient with all my US customs questions. Genuinely a lovely bunch of people to work with. I can’t recommend Ignite Relocations enough and they will be my first point of contact for any for any international move in the future!

Ignite have been amazing with my relocation to the Middle East. I used them to arrange ship freight. Emma was my main contact and she kept in touch throughout and guided me through the process. Our UK packing team were fantastic and the unpacking team on the other end also excellent. I have no reservations recommended this company to everyone!

Very happy with the crew and the services. The crews Are very professional. Customer services are very helpful. The only issue was our shipment got delayed for 45 days due to cargo company having to reroute the cargo... The wait wasn't pleasant and we couldn't ask for any compensation either.

Joshua was my initial point of contact and made a great first impression. He clearly explained the process, calculated the estimated volume accurately, and took the time to address all of my questions. His responsiveness and professionalism gave me confidence in choosing your company.

Once the process moved forward, Emma took over as my move coordinator and ensured everything went smoothly until delivery. She kept me updated at every stage, was proactive in communication, and handled all coordination with great attention to detail. Her support made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

We moved our belongings from the UK to Canada with Ignite. The teams were responsive, both in the UK and Canada. I found them to be helpful and clear on prices, procedures and organization. An amazing company to use for the relocation. I am a control freak so researched around and spoke with at least 10 top notch companies in UK.. some that were rated as the top 3, others that had been around for more than 100 years. In the end I went with Ignite due to the customer service and the personal attention. I don't like talking to voice machines but humans. Right from the quote to the expert advice, sharing customs guidelines, Josh was very helpful. Emma was super efficient in getting the paper work, insurance sorted, getting bespoke crates for my expensive & fragile items. The packing team was super efficient and packed all my items like a pro. The delivery team in Bangkok was excellent. Got customs cleared smoothly, unpacked 21 boxes in 70 minutes and NOT A SINGLE BROKEN OR CRACKED ITEM!! This was an achievement as 90% of my items were delicate and fragile. Amazing team, who were on WhatsApp with me through out the journey and made my transition from UK to Thailand stress free!

What more can I say that from start to finish I was thourghly and honestly informed of costs, processes, times and dates which made the whole experience of moving my records and decks back to the UK from Australia a stress-free experience, I would highly recommend using ignite relocations again and again flawless 👏 a special thank you to first port of contact Josh and then to a very professional and dedicated woman Louise thanks ignite.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ignite. We have successfully moved from the UK to Malaysia and are so happy with the smooth, efficient service we received at every single stage of the process.
We originally got quotes from 8 different companies. Ignite was one of the most reasonable and almost half the price of one of the companies we consulted. We were hugely impressed with all the staff we dealt with along the way. We very much wanted a live load to make sure we absolutely filled our shipping container. Most companies told us that this was impossible but Ignite made it happen. Joshua was brilliant at explaining the process and talking us through the stages. Louise then took over as our move manager. She could not have done a better job in any way. She was available to answer questions, she took a real interest in our situation and she checked in with us at every stage of the move. The movers who packed our stuff in the UK did a fantastic job and not a single thing broke in the whole process. The movers in Malaysia were equally efficient and careful.
We are absolutely thrilled with how the move went and are so thankful that we came across Ignite and that our move was in their hands. Highly, highly recommend!

I booked with Ignite once I had already relocated to Australia as I still had some furniture left in the UK to be moved and wasn't happy with my original movers and I am so glad I did. They were reasonably priced and the process was super easy from start to finish. From the customer service (special shout-out to the amazing Louise), the communicative drivers on the day, and the follow-ups through to receiving my goods at the other end, the experience felt very personalised and stress-free.

Simple process all the way through - despite the complications of shipping internationally. I got clear advice and instructions at each stage and I knew exactly what was required from me. Collection and packing was exactly on time and very well done. I got regular updates from the same staff member all through the voyage of our treasured possessions which arrived intact and safely.

Really glad I chose these guys for my move!
