Your order was placed with a requested delivery date of 27 January; however, we understand there was later confusion regarding your chosen delivery date. As soon as this was raised, we offered a full refund, which you accepted.
We also reached out privately to better understand your concerns and resolve them further, but did not receive additional information.

Delicious and great service
I sent Brownies as a gift to rural NSW something happened in the delivery, and I heart brownies were straight on to it they sent another lot immediately free of charge. The brownies are the best all the flavours are so yummy! The communication /service is 10/10! I would definitely purchase again. Thank you I heart brownies I am a very happy customer. 😀
