My truck was having issues going into Autostop and coming out of Autostop (when it actually went into it), it would struggle to get into first gear, almost stalling. The "service hybrid system" would pop up only once in a while, not staying on as a warning so I was unsure what was going on. I called Alec at iHybrid to see if I could get it checked out. My warranty for my hybrid battery had lapsed by over 8 months but he still took care of me regardless of no obligation to do so.

Got my truck back and it runs amazingly again and purrs like a kitten. Shifts so smoothly between Autostop and first gear. I'm beyond happy!! Alec is an amazing businessman, super friendly and goes above and beyond for his customers. If I could give him 100 stars I would in a heartbeat. And I will be recommending him and iHybrid to anyone needing a new, refurbished or just need some TLC of their hybrid battey vehicle. Just had Alok come to my place for a mobile install because my Lexus CT200h hybrid battery needed to be replaced. His communication is great and he always let me know what was happening. I got second hand car, and after some time it’s battery stoped working and I went to Alok , he fix it in really $400 only, and I also went to other mechanic and they are asking about $900 or some are asking about $1100 and with only 4 months warranty, and Alok he fixing it on $ 400 and give my warranty of 6 months. If you have a problem regarding your car battery, I would must recommend this guy.

Alec is a very honest, knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy technician/manager. I had a concern about my hybrid battery and he diagnosed my entire system; giving it a passing grade.

We dropped off the car on August 15, 2023 and picked it up on August 18, 2023. It’s now been almost a month and my car is running great. We received a 6-month warranty and the price was reasonable. He is a very good hybrid battery repairer because after a month I had my battery repaired I had some doubts so I contacted him because when he repairs your hybrid battery he also gives you a guarantee on it and using that guarantee I reached out to him for help and he was extremely helpful and reliable and he fixed the problem easily in no time. Overall he is a really good person with hybrid battery's and has great knowledge on them.
