I'm a counsellor in Training and I have worked under Preethi ma'am's supervision for 8 months. I appreciate that her knowledge in the field is so vast and she could offer intellectual insights on each and every case. I was able to learn a variety of skills and knowledge when it comes to parenting, mindfulness, trauma and anxiety. She's been really kind and helpful and is an amazing mentor to start my career.

Attended Preethi session and got so much clearer about human psychology. I understood that as a parent, everyone needs to understand that coordination is very important. Balancing and juggling with things does not help. Preethi made it so simple with giving her own example. and could relate to her completely.

Preethi is an amazing trainer and a great person. I've always been impressed by how beautifully she manages to explain things patiently and clearly with excellent practical real life examples that even a lay person can understand. Her fabulous speaking skills show her confidence and prowess in the field. She takes much effort in creating valuable resources for parents through her various offerings. Her ultimate goal of reaching as many parents as possible to help them raise a meaningful generation of children who are going to make the world a better place to live, inspires me the most.

It is important for a parent to unlearn a lot of parenting patterns that they have learnt as a child themselves. These sessions can get a parent closer to understanding a lot of deeper patterns.

I am a trainee counsellor and I joined in to learn about parenting tips and child psychology. I found mam's way of connecting and explaining concepts really helpful. She made the jargon easy to connect with.
I also learnt how to apply mindfulness in parenting, which is something that is talked about a lot but we don't really learn how to apply it in particular situations. I found the framework for it helpful and modifiable according to needs. I appreciate the clarity and sense of direction which was brought forth in the session.
