The swimsuits I ordered were too small and too short. Yes, I've gained weight during the winter and I hoped they'd fit. I think the sizing was right, just my body was wrong. The fabric was very nice. This company was great to deal with and responded to my liking. I would order from them again and order a larger size.

Even though it took a while for the product to come from China, it arrived in good condition. The top pulls over your head and I managed to get a size medium over my head with no problem. Like that the top has long sleeves that can be pushed up. The linen is a light weight so I can barely see my bra underneath. I love the revealing shoulder on the left side.

They do not honor the return policy. The bathing suits I ordered were too small and they requested I send a picture showing them that they were too small. They said on their website it states to video record yourself while opening the packages. SUSPECT TO ME. Never ever have I heard of that. I would NOT order from them. There is no customer phone number to call, everything is done via email. NEVER AGAIN

No communication. They charged my credit card without my authority. No order number, no communication, no idea if I was just totally ripped off. Do not order anything from this company!

No response from customer service
Update #2 (3/7/26) - after some back and forth and them offering a refund of about 1/3 of what I paid (which I declined) they credited back the full amount and they told me to keep the items.
Update: after seeing your response I sent more information as requested. My order number was: m-ik-701861. I will update my review if and when this is resolved.
I ordered two tops of the same style. They do not fit right at all (arms are way too short). I have sent 3 emails to return the items with no response!

I ordered a dress that was much too big for size S. On Jan 4,2026 I sent my first email requesting instructions how to return. Since then I have received nothing but meaningless computer generated emails bt no instructions. I believe they just want to let the 30-day return date pass and then say I didn't return on time.

Avoid this company, bad news!
It's a shame that their customer service is horrible because I liked some of their items. Read the return policy!!! If you need to return an item, they take forever to respond and then try to negotiate a lower price instead of a refund. It's extremely aggravating! Avoid doing business with them!

I waited over a month for delivery of 2…
I waited over a month for delivery of 2 swimsuits which finally arrived. They ended up being too small for a large. I sent an email over 2 weeks ago and still have not received a reply. All I want to do is exchange for an xxl on both. I could not locate where and how to do an exchange There was no information regarding exchanges or refunds in the package.

They DO NOT reply to customer concerns
They DO NOT reply to customer concerns. I have messaged them twice now. Still waiting for my item, which yes it can be slow but the tracking number given still after 3 weeks is not showing it has been received by a carrier. The item i ordered is for an upcoming event and if I have not received it I want a refund. Customer service is so important to a company and if someone will buy again.
