Infuriating experience with their online returns system and customer service. I attempted to process a return through their automated portal. Instead of generating the required return shipping label or QR code, the software immediately glitched and updated my order status to "Returned." Now I am entirely locked out of the system, cannot progress the return, and have no way to ship the item back. I have reached out repeatedly to their support email with absolutely zero response. Completely ignored. Terrible post-purchase support—avoid ordering online if you think you might need to swap sizes. Quality sucks too

Genuinely the worst customer service I've experienced. The delivered the wrong item. Initially wanted me to pay for a return. Couldn't hold or get the right item. And they respond after so long. For $100+ for pants their service is terrible. Wouldn't recommend anyone buys this

I ordered some clothes that I needed in two days online, the delivery said 2-4 business days. I emailed the customer service team to see if they could prioritise it and get it to me. They were super helpful and the package got to me in time. Clothes are comfortable and stylish, would definitely purchase from I Love Ugly again.

DISGUSTING customer service we have been waiting 10 days for a return label for faulty pants ..Promises made to send a return label yet nothing..We will never buy from this company again...Will be taking it further if we do not get a return label.

Purchased activewear top. Had quality issues. I tried to organise a refund but their email provider started rejecting their emails. Seems kinda suss. Looking to resolve through credit card dispute now.

The products are incredibly well made, shipping is quick and the customer service is unmatched.
Can’t recommend more.

Pure Scam, support is unresponsive after tons of mails and few months.
Ordered, received wrong size, some products were missing never get an answer.

I like what I've bought from this brand. I have lots of pants and shorts. I can see there are some issues with tee-shirt quality, but I've never bought one. Service is usually good, but they don't ever reply on Instagram in a timely way. I do like the clothes a lot though.

I bought the Boxed T from you. First time around I got the white and the black. Liked it heaps, so I copped the beige and greenish one too.
Unfortunately everything was well and true till I washed (yes as per instruction, cool later, sensitive setting) . After the very first wash, the Ts are never the same .
Show of poor quality basically.
Never shopping ILU again. Watch out people.

Wrote a negative review on poor quality of material in a shirt described as premium Egyptian cotton. Have not published. Their reviews are therefore untruthful.

Love the quality and selection of their classic pants. I buy so much pieces for my boyfriend from here. Highly recommend
