I did not end up travelling with this company, so my review is based entirely on my experience before booking and my interactions with their team.

Unfortunately, the overall experience gave me very little confidence in using their service. I found the website difficult to use, the support experience was disappointing, and the communication I received from the person representing the company felt rude, unnecessarily confrontational, and unprofessional.

We initially approached them positively and genuinely wanted to support their business, but the way the communication was handled made us uncomfortable proceeding any further.

Based on my personal experience with their website, customer support, and communication before booking, I would not feel comfortable recommending the service.

Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about this business and its operations. I was unable to verify a legitimate company structure behind the website, and my dealings appeared to be with a single individual presenting the operation as an established business.

We experienced a financial loss and are still in the process of disputing the transaction. The individual also made repeated references to being highly religious, which, in my view, was used to build trust.

I strongly recommend that potential customers conduct thorough due diligence before making any payments or entering into an agreement with this business.

Took my money in advance and the driver never came

I booked a taxi through Manchester Taxi Service after finding their website online. Everything seemed normal at first. They replied quickly, confirmed the booking, and asked me to pay in advance to secure the ride. I had no reason to doubt them, so I paid.

On the day of the pickup, nobody came. I stood waiting, calling the number over and over, sending messages, and got nothing back. Not a single reply. The same number that had been so quick to respond before I paid went completely silent the moment my money was gone. I ended up having to book another taxi at the last minute and pay again just to get where I needed to go.

Since then I have tried many times to reach them to ask for a refund. Every call goes unanswered and every message is ignored. There has been no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to return the money.

When I started looking into the company properly, I could not find any registered business, office address, or real identity behind the website. It appears to be nothing more than a website and a phone number set up to collect advance payments. I have now handed everything over to a legal advisor and reported the payment so the person behind this can be traced.

Please do not pay this service anything in advance. If you have already been through the same thing, report it to Action Fraud and your bank, and leave a review here so others are warned before they lose their money too.

It is the same scammer who has multiple websites with different names he has no business but just fake websites and scamming people please stay away
