The whole process from first contacting ilumiti to the meeting with Andy, our financial adviser, was second to none. Both Anastasia and Andy were very helpful and friendly. There was a lot of information gathering to do prior to our meeting with Andy but this is understandable. Andy was very approachable and explained our retirement options clearly and in a way that made it easy to understand (pensions can sometimes feel like a bit of a 'dark art'!).
