Ordered item was not in the warehouse and order cancelled- no refund still after multiple requests
Ordered item was not in the warehouse. While alternatives were offered they weren’t close to the item I ordered. The order was cancelled and I’ve been chasing my refund since June. Officially involving the bank and making formal reports. Completely unacceptable.

To clarify the timeline for clarity's sake, this order was placed on January 25th and officially cancelled on our end on February 10th. However, we entirely agree that waiting even two months for a payment gateway to clear a refund is completely unacceptable.
We have verified that the funds successfully left our account weeks ago, but there is a stall within the merchant's banking network. As communicated in our email today, we are actively petitioning the merchant to reverse the stalled funds back to us so we can bypass their system and wire you the money directly via an alternative method. We will not stop pushing until this is resolved for you.
