Shipping was terrible as the description stated that it was covered by the coupon and that was not the case. Also, by shipping by USPS, shipping was delayed and the item didn't come on time.

I was skeptical at first but after getting this product (super fast I must add) I was amazed at the quality and the nostalgia of it all. The pictures, the Halloween themed viewer, and total package of it all was well worth the price. My wife loved it and looking forward to other possible up coming holiday themed viewers. I love the this retroview device as I had in my childhood. The photos are crisp and clear and colorful. The communications, updates, info, has been great. Order arrived quickly and well packaged. I wish there were more photo slots, would like more than 8 per disc.

I got the Retro Reel Viewer for my wife for our anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. She loved it — and honestly, so did the kids! It’s such a fun, thoughtful way to relive memories together. I love Retro Viewer and use it every year without fail. It's a great, reliable service. My only recommendation is to send an email notification before deleting saved reels. I unfortunately lost a couple of years of reels, which was disappointing. A heads-up would be incredibly helpful!
