Image gang, always my go to place for jewellery. Weather that be everyday statement, occasion etc. Quality is amazing, prove is reasonable, shipping is quick. Over all a great shop to shop for jewllery for both adults and children. Highly recommend

I bought two pairs of earrings from this company. They look way too shiny and fake in the flesh. They also caused a reaction in my ears which after some persistent use, subsided. But most annoyingly, one pair has already gone green. The company claim they are tarnish free but this hasn't been my experience.

Congrats on the concession in Selfridges! The quality and designs are great because they look and even sound like real gold (when the earrings clink together lol). I also love that the bit that goes into the hole in your ear is designed like real gold earrings which I love and adds to the authenticity of the style! Even the delivery package was tooo cute, my second pair came in a cute pink satin branded pouch. The attention to detail is on point! I’ve had a great buying experience and will continue to be a loyal customer. Go purchase your jewellery NOW!

You can't go wrong with Image Gang - beautiful pieces, affordable, always on time, always gorgeous quality. I have bought a few pieces from Image Gang and they've become staple items that don't fade in quality. Definitely recommend!

Really bad quality jewellery. Actually so disappointed… Spent over a £100 on a ring, couple necklaces and a keychain and it’s all tarnished to the point that it’s brown and the ring turns my finger green and the necklaces caused a massive allergic reaction on my neck and the gold plating comes off we easily that the neck of white t-shirt I was wearing one day was orange. It was actually so embarrassing. I contacted them - they took no fault or blame, no apologises but they did send a new chain which does the exact same thing. I actually wish I hadn’t wasted my money. I don’t believe it’s 18k gold plating or nickel free at all. I wish I could leave this review directly attached to their brand but of course they don’t have that.

I have so much love and respect for Image Gang. Not only are their products beautiful and size inclusive (cmon!) but their customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with the plating on a ring I purchased a few months ago, I raised this via email with IG and the following morning a replacement ring arrived. I’ve never known customer service quite like it! Responsive and caring. This experience means I’m certain to make further purchases and recommend the brand wherever possible! Big love 🙌🏼X

P.S months after purchasing I still get compliments on my Image Gang pieces!

I was really excited to receive my image gang jewellery but have been so disappointed so far. Cheap quality, terrible customer service. Also, I ordered the Kill them with kindness necklace. It caused an allergic reaction in a couple days. They advertise as hypoallergenic and nickel free when this is clearly not the case. It caused a rash to form around my neckline, clearly a reaction due to the necklace. When I messaged customer service asking for a refund or an exchange the person I spoke to was very unhelpful and dismissive of the allergy. They said is was probably caused by something else and said they weren’t responsible, even though the red, stinging, itchy rash that’s currently formed in a line around my neck is 100% from their jewellery. Never ordering a necklace from this place again.

I ordered a curve bundle pack and accidentally got 2 of the same items. Kennedy was an absolute angel and helped me out with getting a new one sent out to me. She kept me. Updated and was so kind and great!

The items are amazing quality and beautiful pieces. I haven't taken them off since I've had them.

I've had this necklace for about 6 months now, I try not to wear it in the shower, but I have a bunch of times and I wear it every day, but there is still no tarnishing on it at all! Really beautiful necklace, I'm so happy with it. Will be buying from them again.

I absolutely love Image Gang. Have now bought several pieces from here and have been very happy with each piece. Everything is packaged beautifully and arrives quickly. The jewellery is fabulous, lasts and doesn’t tarnish and is excellent value. I love my rings from there unfortunately the sweetheart earrings broke in about a week and a few weeks later I am yet to hear about a refund. I didn't want to buy from there again after this but I just love the rings which I am happy with.

I love love Image Gang. Been a customer for about a year now, they are my favourite jewellery brand, I own almost all their earrings & I know so many of my friends do too. I see the Creole hoops everywhere lol. As for the quality they are good quality none of my pieces have tarnished yet & I wear jewellery daily. Customer service is really good I’ve always got a quick and friendly response. Support small black businesses!

Ordered two pieces which I was really excited to receive. The butterfly anklet broke after one wear, I have cheap high street jewellery which has lasted longer. I contacted customer service via email and it took over a month to get a reply. Nearly a month and a half later I got a refund.The other item I have worn for a couple of hours max as I am scared it will also break and I really love it. I wish their customer service would have been better because I would have probably given them another.

The customer service was amazing!
I had a little problem with my order and they were so kind and helped me out immediately.
Plus the jewelry is absolutely stunning and of great quality.

International shipping only took about 10days.
I would really recommend supporting this business!!

Bought the sweetheart huggies which cost £22 pounds. They lasted 3 weeks before clasp broke, I didn’t tug or treat them harshly they are just poor quality. I emailed them about this and got no response. Absolutely awful place DO NOT buy from them. My huggies from asos which costed £4 have lasted 6+ months so don’t bother wasting your money on this company. I’m pretty sure they just resell items from a vendor so you might find the produce you want on a different website for less.

Lovely company, ordered the triple hoops for both myself and a friend and we both adore them. Highly recommend!
