Lo único sería la cantidad tan reducida de clientes pero confío en que con el trabajo tan dedicado que realizan sea cuestión de tiempo para que eso cambie.

The company ensures efficient communication to update you on any changes, this calms me down to get those updates.

As member of the imagen insights community I can say I am very satisfied with their service, they notify the briefs soon enough so you don’t have to be constantly looking, they pay on time and usually there isn’t any inconvenience, although when there is one the attention service is very efficent.

A good and fun way to give feedback to cool and important brands and earn a little money for that. Totally worths your time!

Negative point : I’m surprise about the amount because on my imagen account it is wrote « 85£ » so I have thought that I will receive something like 60£ (85 -
My previous brief salary) but only receive 25£…

I had a great experience with Imagen Insights, the brief are very interesting, the only thing negative is that the briefs are very rare.
I just had a problem concerning the link for the payment so I joined the woman in charge of the service and she was very helpful and always checking if the problem was solved. I finally get the payment so it's fine.

I'm very disappointed because I had an issue with Wise, and I'm trying to found a solution through discord, but I'm waiting for and answer since Monday.

So far, my experience has been good. They give you the opportunity to give your honest opinion on well-know brands and allow students to get some extra money answering these briefs. In addition, they solve any doubt you have. However, I wish there were more briefs available.
