My experience with iMark was largely positive in terms of my interactions with people. Everyone was polite and responsive and tried to implement my requests in a timely fashion. And they did create a lot of backlinks and blog posts and help with stuff on the back end that, frankly, I had no idea about.
Where I do feel there's room for improvement, though, is in the quality of the work. I don't feel the quality of backlinks was great or relevant to my website. And the work has a mass-produced, AI-generated feel to it. Not strong on design aesthetic or custom to my brand, but a lot of it does work functionally
