We probably would have still been going in circles if you had not come our way.
I remember before I spoke to you, Lee, I had spoken to 2 different mortgage advisors who appeared to be very popular, with one of them, known to help Professionals from NHS get on the property ladder quickly, they told me, my partner's payslip was fine but I had to wait for a few months before, due to how my payslip presented itself. (I felt completely discouraged, again) but I decided to find another opinion on Bark and here you were.
You have been, Amazing, great customer service, you knew what you were doing with finding a good mortgage deal.
I am sure if you were the solicitor 😁 as well, things would have moved much faster than they did 😊.
Anyway overall. You were great and I will recommend your services to first-time buyers, Right to Buy etc.

First ever mortgage!
We are currently in the process of buying a house which didn’t seem possible until we were recommended Lee by a friend. He’s been absolutely amazing right from the start, constantly keeping us updated and making the whole process seem effortless. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking into getting a mortgage, and will be recommending him to friends and family in the future. Brilliant!

Sarah helped me obtain a mortgage as a first time buyer. She communicated clearly, calmly and effectively, making the whole process a lot easier. She revised my mortgage options twice in the week before exchange and completion to ensure I got the best possible rates - I would highly recommend working with her and plan to do so again in the future.

Second time, same fab service!
We first used Sarah and Lee two years ago to get us on the property ladder. They helped us to achieve what we thought would be impossible. Fast forward two years, we thought we were in for another rough ride given the mortgage but they’ve worked their magic again and we’re all sorted.

What can I say except Sarah and Lee at IMB are amazing. We first started chatting with Lee about our situation one year before singing up to them and even then he gave us loads of advice about being mortgage ready and offered to look at our credit file monthly. Our advisor was Sarah. Her experience and communication where amazing and the whole process was stress free. We still cnt beleive we secured a mortgage and the online portal made it so easy. Sara always answered emails answering my questions and i never felt scared to ask stupid questions. We thought it'd be impossible for us to secure a mortgage as we had a complex credit history and defaults. We couldn't had done it without them.
The service was worth every penny and then some. We recommend anyone who thinks they won't be able to get a mortgage to try IMB first.

Lee & Sarah made sure I was informed from start as a first time buyer. Very approachable with a quick response time so I was never left waiting or out of the loop. They were able to secure a mortgage when main street company’s and banks couldn’t & I'm very grateful for their services!
