We had a great experience with Nick during the service of our fire suppression system to all our 3 flats. He was punctual, courteous, and very professional from start to finish. He explained the process in a clear and easy-to-understand way, making sure we knew exactly what had been done and why. His helpful attitude and attention to detail were much appreciated. Some fantastic staff at I-Mist!
While some of the company's processes make some issues difficult to resolve, I-Mist is fortunate to have team members like Tauren who is professional, reasonable, and proactive in managing matters.
Tauren has been extremely helpful throughout this process, consistently providing clear communication, practical solutions, and excellent support. Tom P their site representative was super helpful also.

Great product, better speaker.
Eddie demonstrated great knowledge and understanding around iMist and was able to communicate the dangers associated with fire and the benefits of iMist in construction. His background in firefighting and friendly demeanour made what he was saying even more compelling and photographs and video footage of real fires and iMist in his presentation helped ground what he was saying in reality. Would highly recommend booking a CPD

The first service I arranged the…
The first service I arranged the engineer didn’t turn up. I called up to reschedule the alternative date a week in advance, due to a hospital appointment. Was assured they would get the service team to contact me with an alternative date. Chased 4 days later with a voicemail. The engineer showed up on the date id cancelled. Poor service every time I’ve contacted them.

REFURBISHMENT CONTRACT GLENROTHES FIFE.
We work as a main contractor and rely on our subcontractors to react when we need them too. iMIST done exactly that on a project that had many issues and hurdles to straddle. A big thanks to Luis who produced the goods for us even though I had to rearrange iMISTS visit on 3 occasions. They changed their work schedule to accommodate us and were very helpful and proactive. This allowed us to complete this difficult and pressurised project on time.
