One important nuance: no one can describe your experience and achievements better than you. I strongly recommend being highly involved in the process, providing detailed information about your projects, and carefully checking whether the agency fully understands what you’ve shared. In my case, there were a few instances where I had to clarify or correct their understanding of certain details.

Bottom line: stay actively involved from day one, give continuous feedback, and don’t hesitate to push for a better case lead if things aren’t moving. Otherwise, the experience can easily end up mediocre.
