Ordered a VERY hard to find Rost Martin RM1S Compensated California Compliant Savior gear pack. They had it! At a very competitive price. The firearm and all accessories arrived at my local FFL in great time after my order and in perfect new condition. This was my first online purchase from Impact Guns, but will not be my last. Flawless purchase and shipping process!

I ordered a rifle and scope mount despite some negative reviews. I was very pleased with their service. They emailed me several times to walk me through the process. Both items were mailed the d a y after the credit card purchase and arrive two days later in good condition. Definitely 5 stars

Purchased a Springfiedl M1a. The gun had no packing material within the shipping box. The operating rod wore a hole through the the carrying case and through the outside box. Contacted customer service and they issued a call tag for the return. I requested that they place some packing material around the gun to prevent damage. The said they would. Well, no they did not, same damage to the carrying case. Had to reach out to Springfield armory to correct the issue, which they did. Impact guns shipped the second rifle by Fedex which attempted to totally destroy the shipping box, which they did accomplish. Fed up with Fedex. While customer service did attempt to correct the initial issue, the shipping department failed to follow through with properly packaging the gun for safe shipment.

Im Cowboy Action Shooter. I wanted to purchase a Ruger Vaquero to match another one I already have. I found one at impactguns.com. The price was about $200 dollars less then most I have seen. I ordered it on the 9th and received it today before noon. Unbelievable how professional and nice these people were. They notified me each of the 4 days where it was at and when it was expected to be delivered. This is a wonderful company to do business with and I will definitely do business with them again. I have ordered a number of firearms from impact guns they are a always helpful and efficient great service.I live outside of Hilo hi. And my orders arrive in a timely manner.I wish the rest of the companies I order from were as good servicewise...gary/Hilo hi.

Straightforward process for me. Buy gun online on a Monday and designate my local FFL to receive the transfer. Review email from Impact Guns that states what is needed from the receiving dealer. Put that information in the receiving dealer's FFL send to Impact Guns. Gun arrived at local FFL (other side of the country) on Friday. Gun is in new condition as advertised and no extra fees added. I don't think it gets more straightforward.

Very happy with Impact Guns! I placed my order online for a Savage rifle on 08/06/24, they shipped the next day and my local FFL dealer received it on 08/12/24. I picked it up today (08/13) and couldn’t be happier! Great to deal with! Highly recommend!

Bait and Switch. Irresponsible business practices. Stay away.
I ordered a Canik TTI Combat on 5/21/24 for $879.99 but it was back ordered, I was more than willing to wait. Yesterday, they emailed me that it's in stock but the new price is $1,039.39.
This gun is available from plenty of other reputable brands, in stock today for $899.99.
I emailed back requesting they honor the price, but they declined. Made me wait almost 2 months only to try to hook and crrok me for an additional $160.
I canceled my order and am making as many people possible aware of these terrible business practices.

Ordered from Impact Guns online and received the wrong item which was mismarked by the supplier. Called them and spoke with Lexi. The very next day she sent the same item from a different warehouse at no charge which was acceptable. Lexi was immediately helpful and very pleasant. Would certainly buy from them again. - Don

Ordered a VP9 on 3/9/2024. No update on the order. After checking my account I noticed the order was still awaiting process. When I reached out I was told that I had cancelled the order but never received a cancellation email. A few emails later I ended up cancelling the order (funny thing that I got an email afterwards). This company sucks.

This was my first purchase from Impact Guns and I will say I am very satisfied with their selection and service. I had been looking for a Ruger American Compact pistol in 45 ACP and Impact Guns had 1 in stock at a price that beat every other place by at least $35.00. I ordered the pistol on the web on Saturday Feb. 17 and received confirmation of the shipping on Monday the 19th. I received a call from my local FFL that the gun was delivered to them on the 19th. Very quick and free shipping, what more could you ask for?

Checked out the gun, it was in perfect condition, all mags and other accessories were intact Great experience with Impact Guns all around.

Besides impact guns awesome pricing, Lexi L. is an asset to Impact Guns- She has assisted me more than I can count, she is very informative, accommodating and has gone above and beyond every time. Because of Lexi I will only purchase from Impact Guns. I normally don't do reviews but after reading some of the negative reviews, I felt I needed to. I have ordered 3 different Kimber pistols in the last 2 weeks with great success. 2 of these where collector editions that where only produced model year 2020. I searched for a month before finding them here. They where at my FFL in 2 business days. This was absolutely a great find and transaction. Thank You Impact Guns, my collection is now complete!

nothing but lies. I ordered a benelli recoil pad from them because they told me it was in stock. two months later still no pad. follow up call I was told that they stock nothing but ship directly from benelli therefore they are never out of stock. It has been three months now and still no pad. DO not order from them.

I have made many many guns purchases from Impactguns.
It has always been a pleasure; within less than 4-5 days, my shipments are received at Shootstraight in Sarasota County, FL.
Simple transaction process there, & Good to go.

Placed my online order on Saturday. Sent updated FFL license info on Monday. Firearm shipped via FedEx on Tuesday and charge applied to credit card. Took possession on Friday. Good communication and shipping speed. Delivery to the FFL holder should require a person to person handoff/signature, not leaving it outside next to the door.

PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. Received product 10+ days after ordering. I bought a "brand new" KP9 from these guys. Once the item arrived the gun did not have the bolt lock plastic on it when I opened in front of the person from dealership the gun was shipped to. I did not think much of it. Once coming home, I started noticing a lot of cosmetic damages from outside. Then once I checked inside the gun the bolt looks like it had been through 1000s of round and spring was blacked with fouling. Bolt had serious damage and a lot of black fouling on it as well. There is no way the gun was brand new and this company is a total scam. I called their customer service after picking up the gun from store an hour later. The lady says somewhere in purchase agreement they can not do anything after i take the shipment and refused to even acknowledge the issue. Soo much for their lifetime warranty and free returns as stated falsely on their website.

I ordered a gun on 12/2 which Impact Guns showed as being in stock. It was supposed to ship in 2 to 4 days. It did not ship during that period so I contacted them and was told that it was at an offsite warehouse and therefore would take 6-9 days to ship. I told them it could be shipped from China quicker than that. It finally showed as being shipped on 12/14 at 10 PM. I received the gun on 12/19. So it was shipped in 9 business days. I found that unacceptable based on what their website claimed. I gave them two stars instead of one because I was able on multiple attempts to quickly get someone on the phone. Here is my bottom line: If you choose to order a gun online, carefully check the reviews in advance. If I had done this I would not have ordered from Impact Guns. Also, there are clearly some scams out there. Be careful.
